The adjoining shower room was quite large with an excellent shower. The bedroom is at the front, but it is so quiet at night that we could have the window open. The property is very clean and well equipped, just big enough for 2 people, 3 would be quite tight. Bed comfortable. Underfloor heating in bathroom, nice! Good shower. Owners live above the property, family also next door. Hot tub a few steps away from the backdoor. It's near the shops. Hiking and biking country.

The room was spacious and quiet despite the hotel sitting on the main road. Perfect for a family of 4 after a tiring day at Glentress. Staff were friendly. Great to be able to park off road and store bikes safely. Also well located for exploring Innerleithen and the surrounding towns and countryside. Would highly recommend.
