Everything was clean, everything worked. Shower was nice and spacious. Beds were comfy room was big the people at the desk were polite, helpful and friendly and knew what they were doing to get us checked in quickly and efficiently. The gym had great equipment as well for a quick workout on the go and the amenities seemed endless.

Upon check in the man who valeted my car was waiting for us in the rain. Carried my bags and was so friendly. Upon check out the young lady “J” at the front desk had my car waiting and I hadn’t even asked for it yet. Excellent service! Very charming hotel.

The front desk person (Jason) was not professional. I asked to check in after 3pm and his reply was" to be honest the housekeeping is moving slow and I don't have a room of your type available " He didn't look in the system just dismissed me. Then I said I want to purchase a drink and his response was " to be honest you need to walk over to the corner store, it's cheaper " I again said I wanted to purchase the drink and he became flustered and asked someone else to ring it up. That person also checked me into my room and did not provide any excuses and was kind and courteous. Jason should not be at the front desk working with guests he is not very professional.

We spent most of our time at the wonderful and surprising Delaware Art Museum. The people of Wilmington were invariably nice and polite, we thought we were visiting Canada. Wilmington is a very walkable city.

I Love Wilmington. This was my second visit this year. The location is amazing. The park, access to stores and restaurants. The Lake in walking distance. Very convenient location to stay at. FedEx right around the corner from the hotel. Restaurant right across the street from the hotel is very nice and have a lot of choice for eating.
I got around in Lyft; it seems to be easy to get around. Anyway, I love Wilmington.

We enjoyed the amenities of thre Quoin during our brief 2 night stay. I think new potential is cropping up in downtown Wilmington and there are many parks, museums and much more to enjoy in the surrounding countryside.

I live in Wilmington and my wife and I stayed at the Doubletree just to get a night away from the kids. There are nice places to stay in Wilmington. We stayed at the Double Tree in North Wilmington because it was close to our house. But I would never recommend it to a friend. It was run down and dingy.

Wilmington is a pleasant town that is easy to navigate.
Wilmington is a pleasant town that is easy to navigate. We were able to map out our stops during the stay. The city is currently undergoing a major renovation/redevelopment initiative that when completed will be worth a visit.

I am extremely particular about the cleanliness of hotels, so I look at reviews before booking. The reviews were very positive and the room was, indeed immaculate! The decor was very up to date and crisp looking. I would definitely stay at the Hyatt again and would recommend it to friends.
Arrived by car at hotel which is located in a seedy area. A notice outside offered Valet Parking but there was cno one about. I went inside and there was no one at the Front Desk. I took a glance around and decided this was not a place for an elderly couple
We don't stay in dumps.
By cell phone arranged a room at the New Castle Marriott which was fine. When did you last inspect this Hotel?
Staff were super friendly and helpful, particularly Lorna who went above and beyond to help us with a number of issues we had not related to the hotel, specifically around covid testing for travel and weighing of baggage. Breakfast was great. Room very comfortable. The icing on the cake would have been an indoor pool!
We had a very good stay here. Our group consisted of me, my husband, 3-year-old son, and a friend who was staying with us. We had plenty of space, our own bedrooms, and were generally very happy with the location and amenities. We mostly just used the house for sleep, since we spent our stay in Wilmington out and about.
Sharon checked us in on Friday night was OUTSTANDING. Very helpful and went out of her way to see that we parked safely, etc. ALL of the staff at this hotel were terrific - from the front desk to the wait staff at the breakfast buffet. I would say as a group they were among the best I've seen.
This was the best hotel I had in a 2 week trip to New England. The front desk clerk was super friendly. The room was clean and smelled good. A restaurant was next door for easy access. They provided a light breakfast. I'm very pleased with my stay.
I love the location. The people in the hotel are amazing. I love the rooms with the kitchen. It makes your stay feel at home. The restaurant across the street is very convenient as well. Close to all things on Market Street.
Historic property transports you back to the early 1900s. A lot of charm in this hotel but it is dated. The staff were all very nice, there is a pretty cool food court called Deco attached to the hotel. Valet was quick.
I hated it horrible! The worse hotel ever!
Beside all horrible place, dirty, uncomfortable and unsafe they charged me $100 extra for deposit and never returned it. That place should be closed long time ago.
Extremely spacious and comfortable room, superb bathroom, iron in the room, lots of desk space, great bed, comfortable chair and sofa, overall enjoyed the grand hotel feel.
