Older property, however it was clean and functional. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of shower pressure and hot water. Nice sized fridge in the room. The wifi worked well.

Centrally located close to beaches and Cape Cod style "city-life". (Hyannis). DO NOT MISS breakfast at the Keltic Kitchen...yes if there's a line...it's WELL worth the wait. Check out the Pirate Museum, (REAL pirate treasure). West Yarmouth is a pleasure with many activities for young and old year-round. Fresh cranberries right off the bog in the Fall are a treat not found often. Don't miss the Fall cranberry festivals either!

This area is perfect for touristy groups who want to be near many mini-golf attractions and shops. There are numerous gift shops as well as several consingment/thrift shops. WE PLAYED MINITATURE GOLF AT A NICE COURSE. SMUGGLERS BEACH WAS OUTSTANDING. THE WATER WAS WARM AND PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL. IT WAS PROBABLY THE NICEST DAY WE HAD.JOHNUnited States of America

It was huge, we all got plenty of space and very comfortable beds. Bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped and clean. There was a beautiful view on the harbour right from our room. Hotel is very beautifully located right on the water, with its own beach and lots of possibilities to walk around and enjoy the nature and the views.
