Amazing setup and super convenient for restaurants. The pool and spa were so nice to start and close the day. Great laundry available and very comfortable lobby to relax by fire. Outdoor fire pit was perfect. Covered parking for motorcycles!!!

This host was amazing!!! He has definitely loaded up his property with great comfort, items needed for cooking and extras that make a difference; the multiple charging stations was a bonus! His kindness before and after check-in/out goes above any other host I have ever dealt with and his communications are phenomenal! The early check-in/out options makes a HUGE difference and I have never seen that offered anywhere else! It's a no-brainer for me that I'll be rebooking with him in the future! Sir (the host), you have given my crew a snowboard getaway that will so memorable for them for the rest of their lives, I can't thank you enough!

Weird weather made snowmaking unavailable. Snow was slushy and non-existent on some cutoffs. I realize there is nothing you can do about the weather. Snowshoe is my favorite ski resort on the east side of the lower US. It is bigger that most, higher altitude, has decent night skiing and if you get there after a bunch of snow, it is really fun. The little restaurants and bars on and off the slopes make it even nicer.

The locals understand there is limited cellphone coverage in Snowshoe but the resort must assume everyone has been here before since the signs are simply horrible. There are signs that say Snowshoe Village is X miles away but no signs saying where the Village is. I went through Snowshoe twice and could not find where the Village was. I have Verizon so I did not have benefit of GPS so we decided to eat somewhere else since the restaurant we wanted to go to was in the "Village". We ended up eating at Old Spruce Brewery since it was visible from the road. We are not skiers so we will probably bypass Snowshoe next time since it is so hard to find places to eat or shop. Inn: The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Travel: Roads were a bit daunting for us flatlanders, but to be expected on a mountainside. Other: Due to the time of year, there were fewer attractions available and other than the Inn and the restaurant the front desk crew recommended, we found the quality of service and food somewhat lacking. Location drivable even in snow storm. The roads from the expressway all the way to the condo were plowed and gravel down. We were worried about getting out safely in a 12 person van but all went well. Much better than Carolina mountains. The Snowshoe people keep everything going and are very friendly and helpful. We’ve been going for 3 years and haven’t had a bad experience with our rental, the slope workers, equipment, ski instructors, bus drivers, or restaurants. It’s not as price friendly as the beach, but completely different experience.

The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was stocked with all the amenities that we needed. It is a quick 5 minute walk to the Village where we had several options to dine (there is also a Starbucks) and to do some shopping. There were plenty of outdoor activities available there as well. Great condo in a great location! We would not hesitate to stay there again!
