This place was the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed at.
This place was the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed at. The room was small, the listing said king size bed and it was a full size bed, the toilet was broken for my entire stay, the free cable tv that they listed I wouldn't know about because the TV did not broadcast any channels, there were groups of people loitering in the parking lot at night (which going off them all choking, they were probably using drugs), I never saw any staff or security on the property, the bedspread had cigarette burns in it, and to top it off, on my last night there I was able to get someone on the phone and when I asked to get the toilet and TV fixed I was told that they had no maintenance available to come fix the problems. Overall, if I was that give this place a rating out of 5 stars they would get negative 4.5 stars. If I were you I would look elsewhere. This place is overpriced and definitely not worth the price they charge.

Loved most everything!
Loved most everything! It was a comfortable room leading to a lovely pool area which was always clean and sunny. Nice to have breakfast and especially the light dinner of soup and salad. Even some wine!
The in room kitchenette was a plus. My husband liked the gym too. Everything was easy to access and the staff most friendly and kind.
Would highly recommend and hope to return,

Sierra Vista is a convenient location from which it is easy to do day tripping to other notable locations like Karchners Caverns, Tombstone, and Bisby. Sierra Vista is the only real urban area with urban amenities outside of Tucson for this southern AZ area. Much easier to get around on than Tucson. Many choices for dining although maybe not much in the way of great dining. The general area is very scenic with the mountains and vistas over the San Pedro valley.
Cassandra was quite friendly and helpful as I was checking in. The room was very clean. The AC worked great and was satisfied the whole time with the AC on at all times. When I called the front desk for maintenance to fix an issue with the TV, the maintenance worker arrived to my room in less than 5 minutes. She was also very friendly and fixed the issue within minutes. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
We visited Sierra Vista to attend a Birding Conference and our stay at the hotel was exceptional. Fantastic location to drive into town or outdoor venues to go birdwatching. The breakfast is served early, so we could get going early and be outside before the day heats up. Every day the staff try to vary the offerings at breakfast, so it made our stay there intriguing. Truly enjoyed our stay here.
The location was excellent, plenty of restaurants really close by. The food served for breakfast was excellent! I never eat the breakfasts at hotels because they are usually awful so I was extremely surprised that the breakfast served here was great! The rooms were Very clean and looked new. This was the best Comfort Inn & Suites we've stayed at.
The corner queen suite with kitchenette was a nice room. We were able to store the items we purchased from the supermarket. The walking space between the bed and dresser is ok. Closet space is small. AC works great. Water pressure on the 2nd floor isn’t strong but good enough for showers.
From check-in to check-out, we were very pleased to have selected this hotel for our 1 night stay. The gentleman checking us in was so welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable. and breakfast was hot with plenty of choices. The management did everything right. Thank you.
We booked this hotel for an acquaintance. He wasn't sure to arrive. Staff was very accommodating and understanding and reassured us we would not be charged if he didn't. He did, and he was very happy with the accommodation. My ratings are in his behalf.
We liked the location and the hotel was fine. Liked the decor. Desk clerks were pleasant. Having a free breakfast was appreciated. It would have been nice to include some grown up cereal (bran flakes maybe). The choices were 3 sugary types for kids.
The property is conveniently located next to the Commons shopping area in Sierra Vista and only 5 minutes from the Ft Huachuca main gate. The facilities are very well maintained (room, pool, gym, etc.). The best thing is the friendly staff.
Price, location, friendly staff, onsite restaurant, clean rooms and breakfast. This was our second time staying. We will stay again and would highly recommend if you stay in Sierra Vista!
Convenient location to stores, good breakfast, and very friendly staff! This was my first time to Sierra Vista, and I stay at this hotel again due to the positive experience.
Very complete breakfast buffet, excellent jacuzzi with very hot water, big and comfortable bed. Chinese restaurant on-site with discount for hotel guests.
Full size refrigerator and better than average TV. Housekeeping varied from day-to-day but ranged from typical to above average compared to other hotels.
