Loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi after a long drive; loved the room decor and the retro fridge and microwave; loved the large, king bed; and most of all loved the incredible staff, who happily went the extra mile more than once, and were so honest when I accidentally left my phone in the room — they kept it for us and were relieved and delighted to see us hours later after we noticed its absence (while in the bus going up to Hearst Castle).
