Clean and comfortable; loved the atrium for breakfast and sitting at the fireplace with a cup of coffee while waiting for family to get up. We enjoyed the pool. Also, the hotel was close enough to walk to university and to town (though that might be farther than many people care to walk).

Overlooking Lake Champlain and a short distance from Church Street Marketplace, ECHO, and Burlington International Airport.

It's a new construction which offers a clean and modern place. The staff was friendly.

Lost power not long after we arrived. It was out for several hrs. Couldn't use any facilities. When it came back on around 7:30 we went to get something to eat. Power went out again before we could even get a drink or order. So basically we paid for a bed for the night, with no facilities. Front desk staff next morning at checkout very unfriendly. They offered no compensation for a very inconvenient stay.
