And Leo at Airport LaQuinta, you were so rude to my mother she cried then you made me cry three hours later when I too noted that you did indeed bill us both for those last nights. Leo yoy better not cross my path. And number two out there, Micheke i think was kinder a few days later but poo-pooed researching my mom charges at the sane time as mine so NO ONE HELPED WHEN YOU ROBBED US. And i called everyone, everywhere associated with LaSuckoff to no avail. I left messages, sent emails, nothing but you want my opinion? Well you havent seen the last of me LaQuinta Airport Portland Iregon i wouldnt waste your money advertising. You should save it for a pr team to repair whats com8bg fir you. We enjoyed the area around our hotel, very much. It was the Northwest section of Portland. It was by Old Town and by China Town. It was also close to the waterway path, along the River. It felt safe. It felt up-lifting.

    Enjoyed the nature and greenery.

Enjoyed the nature and greenery. Went to Providence Park for Timbers soccer match and would highly recommend. I liked Washington Park with the Japanese Gardens and Rose Test Gardens. Liked walking around Powell's Books. Really enjoyed walking around NW District neighborhood, and eating at Sweet Bacon Cafe and Scottie's Pizza Parlor. Recommend staying at Inn at Northrup Station in NW District or the Tiny Digs Hotels in Kerns neighborhood in East Portland. Enjoyed Screen Door restaurant at East Portland. Trail Blazers Basketball game at Moda Center was fine. There is a lot of homeless and possible drug use around downtown Pearl District. Never felt threatened or in danger but definitely need to be cautious.

Absolutely loved the country. We saw so much!

Absolutely loved the country. We saw so much! The falls, the coast, the bridges. So incredible. We are not super touristy..so we kept out of the downtown areas. We eat relatively simple so the market was amazing to get most of our food. Getting around in our rental car was so easy. We loved the 55 mph limit on the freeways. The only downfall that we saw was the unfortunate homeless. Sadly that seems to be everywhere now though. So, we did not let that bother us at all. Everything was amazing.

Large room with balcony on street (quiet, though). Good location for walking to Pearl District/downtown, right on street car line for public transportation. Breakfast has to be eaten in room due to COVID; basically Continental (pastry, yoghurt, fruit, cereal). A real 60's color scheme - so just be prepared for lots of colors! This was a perfect stay for us for three nights in Portland. Some guests probably like the kitchenette but we didn't use it except for toaster. Liked the large room and bathroom, onsite parking.

The patio. - It was my third stay in Portland but this was by far the best hotel. Clean, spacious, (new?), didn't feel like other Hamptons I have been to. - The breakfast area was done so more than a handful people at a time could get food and you didnt feel crowded when eating. - The staff was one of the friendliest in the area (I had dealings with 5, so I generalize this)- The room was good Hampton quality. The gym was well maintained.

Great downtown location. We are long time visitors at this old classic Portland hotel. But this was our first visit since the change of ownership. The rooms have been nicely updated. We went during an epic snow and ice storm as we had been without power at home for 4 days. There were many challenges for the staff posed by the storm and they did a great job holding things together and providing excellent hospitality.

Doubletree Hotels are generally great with consistent facilities. My friend and I were traveling to visit family and this hotel was recommended as it was close to her family. The room was huge - very spacious. We also had a room with a view of downtown Portland which was lovely. The hotel security was excellent. You had to use a room key to even enter the lobby most of the time. The elevators were fast.

The location of this hotel is very good, having walked arround Portland it was clear that we were in one of the best places. Our room was okay, although a strange layout, we looked out onto the street. There was a free wine and cheese reception for guests in the lobby area, obviously very popular. The staff were very helpful and curtious. Car parking was directly under the hotel and secure.

I got there a little before check-in time but they had a room and let me check in early. I like this hotel because it is close to the MAX station.
