The condos were under construction and scaffolding was covering the windows. Building supplies , Debris and dirt were on the scaffolding I was looking out on. I felt like I was in a prison cell. The elevator was noisy along with the drilling and worker noise. The entrance was covered with caution tape and workers. The room itself is tiny..not large enough to have a suitcase Oy and especially not for two people. It was really depressing looking out of the windows which had no window coverings.

Palm Beach is a very swanky area, like the 1% not just upper middle class. Parking is really a challenge for out of town visitors, and there are a lot of private beaches that make accessing the beach a bit difficult. But it's beautiful, not crowded, and easy to jump over to West Palm Beach for more affordable restaurants and shopping.

Great town. We visited off-season so it was nice and quiet.
Great town. We visited off-season so it was nice and quiet. Beaches were very nice and local establishments were enjoyable. Very impressive. Extremely high end luxury for car and fashion aficionados. Weather was a bit more steamy than we would prefer but is was a great experience for us on the whole. Would return again to do more excursion related activities.

it is really fun to walk the streets and observe all the beautiful architecture. I'm so proud of the city for keeping strict building guidelines to retain the original beauty there. I understand from speaking with the locals that it can be a real hassle when Trump is in town so I would consider that traffic situation first.

We like coming to Palm Beach.
We like coming to Palm Beach. It is a pleasant place to visit. We ate at a restaurant called Basil in the Lantana shopping center. Delicious food but very pricy. It rained during our stay so the beach was not for us.
We are very familiar with Palm Beach. The location of the Palm Beach Hotel is fabulous. It is an older building with no amenities but we were not looking for a gym, etc. Having a coffee ad pastry shop right next to the hotel, restaurants within easy walking distance and a grocery store across the street are great perks for us. The beach is a mere two blocks away.
The pool area is lovely and the covered loggia is a nice spot to sit, especially during inclement weather.
The location of this studio is great, it is 10 min walk from the beach, it is close to restaurants and a grocery store. The valet parking is a plus since parking is challenging at times on Palm Beach. The checkin and out is quick and the building security is good. As for the room, we appreciated the small refrigerator, the small Kuerig, the sink and some cups and silverware.
I love the old vintage feel. it was clean and our room was nice and spacious. we stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath with a balcony overlooking the ocean. loved our view! went out for dinner to Dave’s Last Resort and Oyster Bar, great food and was fun sitting outside. another fun location and so close to our hotel.
No breakfast offered. This is a very pleasant, relaxing facility right in Palm Beach proper. Hotel had suggested
parking could be a hassle, but I encountered no problems in finding overnight parking directly in front of hotel.
This is a "come back to" kind of place.
Poor breakfast , didn’t even had a toast . And I asked…real Continental breakfast/ bathroom with no drainage sufficient to take a nice shower or use the sink
- old towels for the beach
- carpets smell dirty
Seems the hotel has been in poor economy
Location was central Palm Beach, we could walk everywhere & we could attend
The Breakers Event easely
There are Many restaurants walking distance
The pool was very nice, the loggia and the French Bakery ,front desk was friendly.
excellent location, the building is beautiful colonial style I loved the detail of mirrors in the lobby extremely beautiful and clean, in the room we had water, fruit, beach chairs and towels for the beach! just great
The location is perfect. It's very close to the White Elephant and The Breakers. So you'll pay a fraction of what those hotels cost to be in the same neighborhood. Front desk and valet employees are super nice.
What breakfast? Called down to front desk 6/12/21. No breakfast.. Book in the room recommended Patrick Leze Pastry shop (next door) which the front desk did not know where it was. It was next to the hotel.
The standard of service at this hotel is outstanding and all too rare these days. The understated and unpretentious approach of the staff is a pleasure to experience and not that common in the US
