Nice breakfast area, spacious rooms, good location.
Jerome itself is not a tourist destination. But close by, you can find the best tourist destinations of Idaho.
The village / city of Twin falls itself is not a real city, but just a few highways with parking places and commercial activities.
The restaurant Elevation 486 is very special, because of the beautiful view of the canyon.

The thing that wasn't so great was customers service.
The thing that wasn't so great was customers service. As they gaved us our key/card to our room as me and my husband walked in the bed was not made towels thrown on the bathroom floor seemed like someone had checked out of that room, so we had to go back to the front desk and ask for a clean room!! No pleased at all

This hotel is very conveniently located to restaurants and shops.
Twin falls has everything you would need and not far away. The
room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and it was a very
quiet room. Very spacious and comfortable. Only stayed one night
but definitely would come back and stay longer. We had dinner at
the Outback and it was delicious. Lots of stores close by like
Barnes and Noble. and many others. Lots of restaurants to choose from.
Staff was excellent!

The people of the Jerome/Twin Falls area were great.
The people of the Jerome/Twin Falls area were great. Lots to see and do. The falls and gorge were so beautiful can't wait for our next trip to see the falls whe they are full. Lots of shopping and fun little restaurants. We were even invited to the local high school football game, where they saluted the armed forces at half time. Next time we will remember to bring our swimsuits, as there is a year-round swimming facility. There are two golf courses at the bottom of the gorge so beautiful seeing them from the overlook.
Room was quite large, clean, and well-appointed. Furniture was seemingly new and comfortable. Restaurant was closed due to covid, but "grab-and-go" breakfasts (yoghurt, breakfast sandwiches, energy bar, coffee, etc) were provided. This was especially helpful as the hotel is located next to an Interstate, and there are no other restaurants nearby. Location is convenient for stop-overs, but probably not desirable for an extended stay.
Great location, near main highway. Easy drive into Twin Falls. Superb to get to Shoshone Falls and the excellent local State PArks. We also stayed in Boise in this visit and I wish we had spent all time in Twin Falls/Jerome as much better value and everywhere we went to from Boise was easily accessible from Twin Falls/Jerome. Airport at Boise less than 2 hours away - stay here and not Boise
The Location was fine, just outside Twin Falls. It has no sense to select a Hotel in Twin Falss itself, because Twin Falls is not a real city, but just some long streets, with huge parking places and buildings. So you have to take a car anyhow, it is not a walkable city.
The breakfast was for an US hotel good, what in US terms means: "everything was there" .
Good swimming pool.
Lighting was very conducive to bedside reading, also had soft ambient room lighting and easy access outlets at bedside for charging cell phones, etc. Bed linens and pillows were excellent, and room was clearly designed for easy cleaning to accommodate a pet friendly room! Awesome!
It was clean, the room was spacious. The Hotel has seen some years, but is still in good shape. The Shop with everything you need (and a lot more) in the Hotel is big plus.
If the young man at the reception has learned how to welcome guests, the rating will go up to 9.
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, beds comfortable, breakfast choices very good and smooth check in and out. All staff professional and accommodating. We will always stay here now when we go to Twin Falls.
Convenient location and there is loads around the hotel, shops, food, gas station etc. They have laundry facilities which were very reasonable cost wise. Room was comfortable and large. Overall pleasant stay!
It appears to be a very new hotel - very comfortable beds and nice room setup. The breakfast options were good - i.e. make to order eggs or omelets. We opted for oatmeal and yogurt
