This apartment has a great location close to campus. It's spacious with a fully stocked kitchen. Everything is clearly labeled so it's easy to navigate. The beds were relatively comfortable. Overall a great find as it's perfect for larger groups. Having a copy of Scrabble to play was a plus!

Room was reconfirmed one hour before our arrival. It was not available when we arrived at 945 pm. Since this was Yale convocation week it was very difficult to find a room. We did eventually find a room at USD 364 per night in Orange, CT. We also had several Uber rides due to this mix-up which the host blamed on booking.com. I feel we should be compensated for the extra cost, and the money we paid for the room should be returned. The host said it would but other than that offered an apology.

The room was very run down.
The room was very run down. There were white patch work on the walls, my shower did not work and the room smelled like marijuana. The power went off at midnight for 6 minutes and the fire alarm went off early in the morning about 8am. Sadly, I left at 9am and did not return. I called that evening and told them I would not be returning even though I wasn’t due to check out until the next day. I booked another room on Priceline. The area and hotel looked quiet when I arrived but became very transient with questionable loiters around 10pm. It was very noisy outside of my room from the hallways with people hollering and letting others in from the side door.
The guest room exceeded expectations, I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it. The breakfast was excellent. There was plenty of room to meet in the lobby with my friends who were also along for the trip, staying in separate rooms. The shower in the bathroom was great. The kitchen was amazing and had anything one would need to cook with. Residence Inns cannot be beat by other similar hotels. I am a superfan.
The apartment was quiet, clean, and spacious. The kitchen supplies were well stocked. I loved that I could do laundry in the 2 in 1 washer dryer. The rain shower was great. The bed and the living room area were very comfortable. I felt safe in the space and area. The owner was very responsive to the minor concerns I reported. Close to busy shopping areas but still quiet.
Breakfast was just OK ..came near the end not much to pick from.
The staff at the desk was great! She helped us with directions and was very personable. Engaged in conversation and made us feel very welcome. Nice touch to a world that seems to want to not communicate in person. Will definitely stay here the next time I am in the area.
Clean room, comfortable bed. Location was perfect. Peaceful place. Easy communication with host, who was very accomodating. I had events in Wallingford, Cheshire, and Hamden/Spring Glen, so my location was central to all. With more time, I definitely would have used the bike/hike trail and hiked Sleeping Giant. Price was right.
We stay at this hotel every time we come to Connecticut. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are always accommodating and have a room clean and available even if it’s slightly before check in time, which I love! Because after traveling for many hours all you wanna do is check in and relax. 😀
It had a basically-equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. Bed is comfortable, nice bathroom & shower. Easy access with door code. It’s easy to get to New Haven from there Pleasant host.
The breakfast was better than most hotel / motels I've been to. The hotel was close to where we needed to go. Next door to AAA, very close to the highway.
