Room was clean, and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good too
Nestled in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, this Washington hotel features a conference center and heated indoor pool with a separate children’s pool. Rooms offer cable TV.
I’m 100% biased. I spent my childhood there. Love cattle country & the mountains. It’s a college town so there is more opportunity for music, sports , lectures etc. Has lost a couple of great restaurants since Covid but there is still variety. Great getaway

I called the SureStay when it was obvious that I could not make it over the pass. I was charged for my room even though I could not make it over the pass. I am tired of having to buy insurance every time I turn around to make sure that common respect if followed.

I love Ellensburg, WA but not The COMFORT INN_.
I love Ellensburg, WA but not The COMFORT INN_. They did not refund me for not (unable) to stay . They kept the $654. plus, even though I could not come and stay. I asked 5 days in advance for a cancellation and refund but was denied.

Great place to stop and explore.
Great place to stop and explore. Quaint shops, museums and art galleries . Great restaurants, even the truck stop food is good, with awesome coffee. The brewery looks good but I didn't have the chance to check it out this trip.
I've been told the fishing here is great. The vineyards have quality wines and the university is training the vintnures of the future.
The Thorp fruit stand and antiques, just two exits west of Ellensburg, has quite a variety of things. Great coffee stand inside next to the ice cream counter. Two floors of antiques. And quality fruit of course. In short, a nice stopover. Pretty good college sporting events also!

Very pretty college town.
Very pretty college town. Hotel Windrow was right on the Main Street, easy to access but quiet. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Also there is an excellent ice cream store on University Street (also within walking distance of the Hotel)!

Nice small city. People were friendly.
Nice small city. People were friendly. Great restaurants, especilly the Italian family restaurant that had wonderful variety of food. We drove to Kittitas which is a nice drive and pretty little town. Visited a couple local vineyards and wine tasted the varying wines. Fun trip.
Right in the heart of town, this hotel is fresh and spotless, with elevated features and decor. Ellensburg itself is a surprisingly charming town and so worth the jaunt away from highway 90– Hotel Widrow has so much more character than the national hotel chains and it’s right down the street from the best breakfast spot I’ve been to in a long time— The Early Bird Café. My daughter and I were so impressed with our meals and loved walking around charming Ellensburg with its turn of the century buildings. Highly recommend!
Disappointed in the quality of food for breakfast, which was, for all intents and purposes heated up fast food. I was hoping for a freshly cooked breakfast, however I do understand that in order to justify those services the hotel would need to be fully booked most of the time. The fact that it was close to other amenities was good.
I booked with the expectation of a pool and spa off of Booking.com, which did not indicate that it was closed. I get to the hotel and there’s no pool or spa because it’s closed for renovation that would’ve been nice to know in advance because I would’ve booked the different hotel that had what I was looking for.
The room had a nice kitchenette with plates, glasses, dish soap, etc. Everything was very clean, throughout the hotel. Our beds were comfortable. The shower area was spacious. I liked being just off the main street because the location was quieter.
Great hotel. Clean, quiet room with all the amenities and hygiene products I needed. Impressive selection at breakfast, and a nice pool and hot tub. It is obvious they want their guests to have a good experience. Highly recommend.
The staff were incredibly nice. The breakfast is one of the best I've had in a hotel - pancakes and warm cinnamon rolls! The room was comfortable and quite. Much more than I expected. One of the better hotels in Ellensburg.
The general manger was the most helpful lady I’ve meet. She definitely went above and beyond to make are stay greaT . The location is nice and quite as well one of the better hotels I’ve stayed . The suite is very nice to
This is a well-designed new hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable and quiet! I took a relaxing hot tub, and a swim, and we enjoyed breakfast. This staff was friendly and welcoming. I plan to stay again in the future.
Breakfast was great. The woman that was reloading the buffet and helping guests was great. She is a huge asset to this hotel. Can't thank her enough for her customer service spirit!
We stayed for the Rodeo which was amazing and Hotel was very well situated for this.
Prices were hiked up for this weekend probably double.
Has a bar and good breakfast options.
We have stayed at this hotel several times because of the location and they allow our dog. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean!
