The rooms are comfy, and the staff was decent. The rooms have everything you need. The only reason I gave it a 7 was because the breakfats buffet was lacking. Everything was gone and took forever to get replenished. Then, when you asked, the kitchen staff had a bit of a rude attitude. All in all I would recommend this hotel though. It's great for families, and the location is not bad. Not too far from Mission Beach and Sea World.
