I really like the affordability of the property. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. GREAT staff, cheerful and professional. It was nice that the sink was separate from the tub and toilet. That made the room easy to use for two people. But, the tub was tiny and the shower head was at munchkin level, which made it challenging to shower comfortably. An idea for future remodels...ditch the tub and just put in a walk in shower. The tub/shower room was too small. When we visit again, we will rebook.

This is my first visit to Arlington Heights. I like to stay here when I stay local near but not in Chicago; just personal preference. Clean, convenient service stations and accessibility to the non toll highways we needed to travel.

Maybe visitors aren't aware, but the area has several other hotels just down the street; thus, it is an O'Hare Airport area; with ample choices of restaurants, eateries, & fast food joints just a stone's throw from Motel 6. Arlington Heights has an upscale feel to it, both in th commercial properties and buildings, that I drive by, as well as glimpses of upper income homes are visible when driving along the main road, Algonquin Road (Rte 62)

I love this area a lot.
I love this area a lot. I never stay in Chicago when I visit the state because it’s just too expensive. Staying in this area and driving to the city is well worth it. Just watch out for the times because depending when you’re headed to the city, with traffic you can have a wait. That’s the only downfall. What is only about a 35 minute drive can take an hour at times. Other than that, it’s worth not spending 300$ a night for a hotel in Chicago (my own personal opinion). So if you’re looking for a more budget friendly hotel option, this city is the one. Overall, I enjoy this area because it has a lot of attractions that’s just as good as the busy city. The hotels are cheaper and you get free parking majority of them I have seen. Try out Mitsuwa while you’re there! Also Walkers Original Pancake House has amazing food! Lou’s pizza is another must have!

This is a reasonable, clean hotel with comfortable beds and friendly staff. Aside from price and a good breakfast, 2 of the reasons I chose to book this hotel were for the advertised spa and the shuttle to the airport. They had neither. If not for that, I would give them a higher rating. If you don't care about that, it's a decent place to stay.

it was an okay stay , no microwave or fridge to store food.
it was an okay stay , no microwave or fridge to store food. they do offer shuttle services but dont at the same time, there stipulations... you have to book it through some other site bu they dont tell you that. I was at the airport for 2 hours after I landed because of the shuttle mess and kept putting me on hold fpr 2 hours as well. saying they had a ton of customer but when i got there and everytime i visited the lobby it was completely empty. like I said for a solo trip its alright, it is extremely far from the city lyfts can go from 30-100$ dollars just to get to the city depending on the day. i would not visit again

The best is the staff! From the moment I walked through the door I felt welcomed. I travel a lot and you can tell a lot how the hotel is ran upon entering. I did not get their names, but the lady who checked me in was bubbly and very helpful. I asked about restaurants and she and her fellow coworker (male) were very passionate about food
And was overwhelmed (in a good way) about their knowledge and passion. Thank you for your great attitudes. The price was very good for the room and will definitely stay again when in the area!!!!
it was the the bones of an old 3 star Marriott or Doubletree without any of the heart. Breakfast was terrible, my room key wouldnt work consistently, people living at the hotel with young kids always in the hallways. It seems as though it is now one of those cheap long stay hotels run by a resident family at the front desk, cleaning the halls, etc. No uniforms, no maids for the 3 nights I was there, and police cars!
It is in a great location, near downtown Arlington Heights which means near the train to downtown Chicago too. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable. Our room was large and also had a desk so if you are travelling and need a desk to work from this hotel would be an excellent choice.
as two able looking people who have mobility issues that aren’t as visible to most people, it was extremely heart warming to come to a hotel that didn’t question why we wanted a handicap accessible room. It was given without issue and made our stay extremely comfortable and home like.
When I booked online the price was $86.00 and when I got there they charged me $127.00, the hallways smelled like weed, carpets looked very old and dirty, the hotelvery old and outdatedvery small room, in helpfull staff definitely not worth $127.00 expertly over priced
Booked a room with breakfast included, but no breakfast was served at the hotel
Lamps were not working, cracks in the sink, bad smell in the room.
Tax was charged twice, both in booking fee and later on my credit card
The staff are nice, the price is affordable (online is way cheaper than if you reserve from the hotel reception) and they have good wifi service(however it just keeps disconnecting every half an hour)
Breakfast, was just ok it would be nice to have a warm coked breakfast, but Hotels, won't bring back hot breakfast all due to COVID. As for the location from what we saw it was a good location overall!
I appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. The room was pretty good, and the hotel had lots of extra, available amenities. I also appreciated the restaurant. If modest in size, the quality was good.
Excellent hotel for the price range. Conveniently located, clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast available, spacious dining area. It's really great value for money.
Fairly standard Motel 6 -- low cost, has all the necessities and they work, and nothing extra. Great location in Arlington Heights business district. Nice staff.
