We had a very pleasant overnight stay and were welcomed warmly. There were many guests who seemed to be on a meditation type course. The food was Indian and delicious. We enjoyed our time in the swimming pool.

I wanted to share my fantastic experience at Mae Rim Grace with you. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the breakfasts were perfect.
The rainforest villa was also spotlessly clean and tidy.
If you are thinking about planning a big family holiday, I can definitely vote for Mae Rim Grace as a fantastic destination.

Loved all the activities we did, kayaking, caving, white water rafting, Thai boxing, zip line and elephant sanctuary. Our hosts were excellent at ensuring we either got picked up by the activity hosts or providing a driver to get us where we wanted to go. We should have ensured that we were there for a weekend as the best Chiang Mai markets appear to be at the weekend. The night market was okay for souvenirs but I wouldn't recommend the food options.

The Mae Rim area is a beautiful mountainous area located north of Chiang Mai. There is a lot to do in the area like waterfalls, botanic garden, ziplines, ATV trips, visits to elephant parks, but also a nice teak wood palace and tempel.
Our host Thapenny was warm, helpful, and so lovely. We deeply enjoyed our conversations together and hope to see her and this beautiful space again. The corner house we got was perfect and private yet very much amidst the surroundings, which is natural and blissful. Amazing space for some quiet respite and alone time away from the city. Thapenny is also a great cook who thoughtfully delighted us whenever she served meals which were always ample and delicious. Please spend some days here if you’re in Chiang Mai, you won’t regret it!
A rare small resort with beautifully designed ‘cottages’ in the most exquisite orchid garden. This is a very relaxed place. It has a good restaurant, is run by a delightful small group who care for it passionately, and is perfectly situated for a touring this lovely hilly area of the Chiang Mai region. The pool is large and salt water, set among the trees. It is a real retreat living up to every expectation.
Peaceful! It's away from the hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai city hence for those who are looking for a sanctuary, it's a treasure! I love it and most certainly would love to revisit! Great activities provided within the resort!
The staffs are very attentive and helpful! Breakfast selection is great! The spa experience is very good too!! Everything one ask for a good holiday.
Excellent pool and other facilities. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The grounds of the hotel are fantastic and it was lovely just walking around or getting the golf cart to different areas. The breakfast was good and the evening restaurant had a great view with live traditional music - the Thai food was better than western.
The host Ritthee was exceedingly hospitable and nice. My flight was delayed and so I had to check in after 10pm. He stayed up to welcome me. A wide variety of Indian vegetarian cuisine were available for meals. The hotel also offers breathtaking views of Chiang Mai from an elevated vantage point and a gorgeous pool.
I love everything about it. The room is spacious with own private bathroom. The view is beautiful and calming. The owners are very nice and friendly. I love the food, Ging is such a great cook. They even let me practice my bicycle riding so I can learn and be able to ride one next time I visit Thailand.
I stayed at Gudi for 16 nights during my family visit. The hotel was quiet and relaxing. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, not far from the main street, with easy parking just in front of the hotel. The room was spacious, comfy, and stylish. Breakfast was a plus.
Everything you need is at this resort. There’s all kinds of activities, shuttles to nearby attractions, classes onsite, spa, etc. Literally everything you need.
The food is fantastic and the staff is ever so kind and get to know you.
Very comfortable and peaceful. The villas are totally private. Beautiful nature surroundings, big pool, comfortable bed, nice shower and products. Luxury place. Staff is friendly. I didn’t drive and they offer to call a taxi.
The location was fabulous to escape the hustle and bustle of the city of Chiang Mai. The view up into the mountain was awesome and you can admire the view whilst lounging in the pool or from the comfort of the spacious lodge.
The location and the facility of this hotel is amazing. Our room is spacious and gorgeous. The onsen is great. Food is delicious especially the wagyu bbq and sashimi. The service is thoughtful lovely.
The place was beautiful. All the rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Despite it being winter we got into the pool a few times. We didn’t want to leave Mae Rim Grace
The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service
Sukantara Cascade Resort has a pristine and serene ambience, close to nature, quite unlike the usual flavour of holidaying that one looks forward to in Thailand.
