I was looking forward to staying here, however, when i checked in the staff were very negative to me. My room was dirty, the corridor was dirty unsweeped. Pictures in Corridor were peeling and old. My room had mold under the main desk. it appears they had water leakage issues as walls near shower were streaked in water stains. Chemicals were leaking from air-con unit on balcony. TV and aircon controls were not working properly maybe battery issue. The Kettle i could not use as the previous room user had cooked something in it and i could not use it. it took over 30minutes to replace it. Location is bad as it was over 3-4kms away from hat yai. what also annoyed me i was sent an email basically telling me i had to book anything i needed before i got there to the hotel? lucky i did not as i left under 24 hours. Not a good experience, they had an old gym and swimming pool, however i wouldnt trust the g hygene of the pool after the lack of hygene in my room. A bit of a let down

I liked that there’s a fridge and a microwave in the room. Iron and more drinking water were also provided upon request. We also got our towels changed on day 2. The mall and makro were both within a long but bearable walking distance. An amazing extra point is that our room had a malaysian power plug.
