It is a new hotel, very comfortable, extremely clean, furnished with great taste. The staff is particularly kind and although it can be seen that they are at the beginning of the journey, they try to fulfill all the requirements of the guests. The location is very good, very central. Paid parking spaces (1 euro per day) are plentiful around the location. The breakfast could be more varied, but it is an ok option. All in all, very good value for money.

There are only a few good local attractions e.g. the...
There are only a few good local attractions e.g. the Memorial Museum, but otherwise the town is not very attractive. Rather stay in one of the smaller villages en route. An interesting old town with remnants of some long gone old glory. Visit to the Memorial Museum is a must. Good local food, friendly and helpful local people, a nice mix of local languages and cultures (Romanians, Hungarians, Ukrainians, Rutens and God knows what else...). Good starting point for day-trips to the not beatiful but splendid countryside, famous wood churches, the one-of-a-kind experience of Sapanta Cheerful Cemetery, The Viseu railroad and many-many other nice things. Do not miss!

We came as a group of 26 people directly visiting the prison museum in the centre which was excellent - we liked it very much, very informative and interesting. We also saw the Merry Cemetary just 20 km from the town.AAnonymous

After calling the number, they let me into the hotel, showed me my room and everything I needed. the room had a balcony which was very pleasing, very clean, comfortable bed, the room had a refrigerator. on each floor there is a kettle and coffee machine, unfortunately the kettle was not in working order: (in general, I am very pleased with the stay! Thank you very much! I recommend! Friendly staff who can communicate with you with the help of a translator, only the owner speaks English)
