Good location. 5 mins of foot from Train station to the airport. 2 minutes to the metro station (it is almost in front of the hotel and takes only one stop to the center). Very nice and friendly staff. Thanks! Rooms are small, but fine for the economy hotel. Decent breakfast, even though the food is not the best quality, but IMO its adequate for the price (cooked eggs, sausages, potatoes + small selection of salads, cheeses, etc.)

I recently stayed at the hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The hotel was just like it looked in the pictures, and the location was quite convenient. It was easy to get to the city center, restaurants, and nightclubs; a Bolt or Uber ride cost only 3-4 euros if I didn't feel like walking. There was also a shop conveniently located about 50 meters from the hotel where I could buy bottled water and other essentials. However, there were a couple of issues that detracted from my stay. Firstly, I sometimes felt that the staff avoided interacting with the hotel guests; they didn't greet us, for example. Additionally, the in-room landline phone didn't work, so I couldn't order room service and had to go to the front desk instead.

Renovated in 2018, Crystal Palace Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Promenada Mall and 10 minutes by car from Otopeni International Airport and downtown Bucharest.

The hotel was kind of empty as it was low-season so they upgraded us to a suite which was very nice. The breakfast was also made on order so everything was fresh. Great option for a stay before getting to your flight.
