Second time staying at this hotel and I absolutely loved it. Professional reception gentleman who checked me in on May 7th, as well as restaurant team - always helpful and friendly. It was wonderful to see lovely Vanessa from the restaurant whom I met last year, such a warm and welcoming lady.
The hotel was immaculately clean, great facilities, great breakfast.
Only downside - pool changing room refurbishment ( couldn’t use the ramp instead of stairs with a baby pram) but that wasn’t a big issue in the end.
Looking forward to coming back to this hotel!

The accommodation is in front of the seaside. We stayed in a room with a balcony with an excellent view. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was simple, but tasty. Very good value for money.

It is strange that the reception staff insisted that I pay for my stay in advance before we checked into the room and before we even saw it if it was nice and comfortable, if it met our requirements. It's not right to pay for a service you haven't used yet. I did not know and was not informed that there was an option to refill the water bottle.

A beautiful place.
A beautiful place. We travelled by train to Lisabon and took a bolt taxi, because of our huge luggage. Otherwise, one can use the fairy from Belem to Trafaria station and then walk to the surf villa (20 min), but there are also various busses with stops near the villa. In Lisbon one can use metro and other public transportation and if there is no big luggage, you can go from A to B without problem including the fairy. Everything is possible.
For those who might wish to have a beautiful beach, visit Costa da Caparica. Mainly for surf students. Portuguese people are lovely, speak almost all English and you feel at home immediately.

Costa de Caparica has a beautiful long beach, and if you can it's better to walk to the more remote end, as it gets less crowded. As for the overall experience, after visiting the Algarve coast, it felt grey and boring in comparison. I think it's generally a good spot for people coming to learn surfing, and for Lisboans looking for a weekend break, but I would not choose it as my holiday destination, and 3 days felt way too long of a stay. Portugal is so beautiful, you can definitely find better places to enjoy nature and the ocean, than here.

The stuff was friendly and they are very helpful. There is fully equipped kitchen avaliable, a fridge, toaster, electric teapot. Everything is clean and newly refirbrished. At the moment you can see the hostel is planning to work on the roof too and make a nice terrace. I will happily visit this place in future and check it out) I also like that the hostel has kind of vintage look - this old wooden stairs, rooms, doors, widnows - gives you the real feeling of Portugal itself, very thematic place.
I was really happy with my stay at Lisbon Surf Villa not only because the facilities themselves are clean, comfortable, and well cared for, but because the host ensured that my stay was as pleasant as it could have been. He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, e.g. taking breakfast late due to early morning surf classes, scheduling sports massages, looking up ferry schedules, booking an uber for me and sharing stories about life in Costa da Caparica and surfing with his guests.
The hotel is located on the Atlantic coast very proximal to the ocean, wide beaches, surfing etc. There is an original fish restaurant next building, as well as an Italian one in-house and other choices. There was a very generous buffet for breakfast in a in-house restaurant. Instead of usual routes, one can take a straight 4km walking route from the port of the ferry from Lisbon city coast, where there also are many original fish restaurants.
Wow, beautiful place! The pictures don't do it justice. As soon as you walk into the villa, you really feel like you are on holiday. The decor is amazing and there are so many interesting books. Me and my friends had a lovely and relaxing time here. Great location, 10 minutes to the beach, shops nearby and can get a taxi into Lisbon easily.
P.S. if you like music, the speakers in the house are so good!
Perfect for what it is. Don't go expecting a 5* hotel. This is a great little Hostel style venue with rooms, by a stunning beach. We went with group of 12 men on a bachelor party. Most surfing during the day with the other relaxing by the pool and beach. Great spot to relax, and multiple restaurants and bars on the front. Also a short taxi or bus to Lisbon.
The hotel is located in the Centar and is very near to the beach. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful. Near the hotel you'll find shops and local restaurants at the market place. The.bed was OK. The breakfast was standard without daily changes and after several days can become boring.
Excellent hidden gem, albeit a bit away from downtown/Main Lisbon. Clean and spacious. no elevator so we had to lug our suitcases 2 floors! staff speaks no English but we managed using translate app! great location in terms of food/bars/supermarket.
Self check-in, opening doors with codes - very comfortable, automated process. Great location: 5 minutes walking distance to the beach; restaurants, shops, supermarkets in 2 minutes walking distance. Very clean and comfortable rooms.
We stay in one of the huts. It was very clean. You got everything you need within minimum needs.
Close to ferry to Lisbon. It was very foggy days so we didn’t enjoy the beach which walking distance.
The atmosphere is casual, friendly, beach-vibe. Nice facilities. Great back/outdoor area. Breakfast at 9 am is included. Short walk 5 min. to beautiful beach. 15 min walk to town and bus o Lisbon
Super nice and helpful staff
The owner is lovely
Amazing breakfast
Very good location : close to the beach and restaurants
Highly recommended if you go to Costa da Caparica
Rafael and Maria made us feel like we are family. Apartment is close to the beach. Stores and restaurants are just around the corner. We had amazing time and will be back.
The view is stunning, everywhere you look around is beautiful. It’s super relaxing, with birds singing, flowers all over. I could watch this view on Lisbon for hours!
The house was very beautiful and calm. The swimming pool is so nice. The location is great if you have a car. We didn't have one so we got taxis to and from Lisbon.
Excellent location, close to beach, cafes and restaurants, shops. Also the bus terminal is 5 minutes away to catch the bus to Cacilhas for ferry to Lisbon.
