Personnel at reception is extremely kind and responsive, day and night!. Their level of English is well below average but they make every effort to satisfy your requests. Thanks to them, they are the only positive aspect of this horrible hotel.

My dad used to stay in this hotel when I was young, so was a nice memory to be back here. Comfortable beds and good cleanliness. The interior is plain, a bit old, and doesn't look very appealing, but sufficient to rest well nonetheless.
Breakfast was rather good, I enjoyed the meal.

Very nice town.
Very nice town. Parks are great and the restaurants are very nice especially the one near the castle (called the castle restaurant.) Museums are very nice. Beaches are close by. If you want to stay in a great small town in Poland Slupsk is a good choice.AAnonymousUnited States
