Henkilökunta ystävällinen, avulias ja kielitaitoinen. Päivällinen oli todella maukas Kievin kana ja hyvä salaatti. Aamiainen erinomainen ja aamiaispöytä kauniisti aseteltu. Hotellin puutarhassa silmä lepäsi ja ulkotilakin mukava ja meluton. Sisätilat ja hotellihuone siisti.
