Room-size was OK for a single room with bathroom. Shower was big enough and the water was hot.
Staff was friendly and spoke German, English and Dutch.
Location just across the main station and on the main road is nice.

Location. The charm of being inside a chateau in the middle of the lake. The green surroundings. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We all had a good night of relaxing and deep sleep. The hotel uses Rituals for shampoo, conditioner and hand wash and they smell so good.
The room also has coffee so that helps and the view from the windows is spectacular. Our toddler was happy to see so many birds and to explore the garden grounds.

Venlo is one of my favourite cities to escape to, there are always activities happening and one can have lovely meals from fine dining to take ways. A large no. of Bars all around as well as shopping opportunities at 2 Bruder or Beej Benders ( Fresh food Market and Restaurant). They also have their regular Markets. So much too do and very vibey. ❤️ Venlo

Quality furniture and furnishings. Beautiful view over the shopping precinct, trees and parkland. Lovely breeze coming in the windows, perfect for early summer month 👏 Stairs were steep and difficult with luggage but once we reached our room we were very pleasantly surprised at how lovely, clean and luxurious it felt.

The room was rather expensive. Hotel miss managed my reservation and only had one night instead of two. The service in the restaurant was attrocias. Took forever to be waited on, I had to ask for the wine card 3 times before I finally received it. The waitress said she was busy as an excuse but it was more her unprofessional service & attitude.

Theater Hotel is a very good base starting point for meetings, shopping, musea, lunch, diner and nightlife. Everything you need you can find here and also plenty of bicycle routes are available to nice places in the surrounding. Go to any information desk and you will find information and start planning your own trip.

Venlo is a beautiful city , i really loved the architecture and the nature . It was a wonderful time spent. Next time i'll take more time to walk around and explore even more. It is a very neat and clean city my eyes liked it.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a large choice that can satisfy all tastes. There is also a great swimming pool, with warm water and 2 saunas.
