The staff is so friendly and attentative. They make the place a true oasis. The location and landscape are fascinating, even better than in the images. I loved the breakfast and dinner. The
guided tours are great, I'd especially recommend the mountain bike tour in the morning.

Excellent attention, delicious food, beautiful modern rooms. Christa is a warm and welcoming host. The waterhole in front of our room was great entertainment with all the animals that went there to drink. The game drive was a lot of fun. Peaceful and beautiful.

Very nice and quiet place for us .we did have a good rest at this beautiful place.
The lovely grounds. The room was a little disappointing ..
The lovely grounds. The room was a little disappointing .. Looking into road entrance and neighbours open messy garden. Room quite small. Evening meal and breakfast were sub standard.
They were very helpful and changed our booking dates, due to sickness that delayed us by a week.
Magical place, worthwhile driving the 1,5h on dirt roads coming from Omaruru. Surrounded by beautiful nature - passing through a reserve with black rhino, lion and leopard - seated on the mountain in absolute silence, except for the baboon calls. Excellent hopemade food for dinner and breakfast in a very romantic setting on the terrace overlooking the mountains. Beautiful lodge to stay in! Definitely a must see, must go, must stay place!
Was my third or fourth time staying at the Omaruru Guesthouse and it is always a pleasure. Probably the best bang for buck in most of Namibia. You get clean rooms with a big shower, AC and heater in the rooms, a pool, restaurant next door, friendly and helpful staff as well as an extended continental breakfast including the options for different kinds of fresh made eggs. Moreover, the staff is always available to serve a cool drink.
The lodge is in a great location easily accessible from Windhoek and Omaruru. The hosts were friendly and entertaining and the accommodation was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay. watching birds and taking leisurely walks. The breakfasts were the best we’d had on our trip and the dinners we ate were good too.
The location was just beautiful and the design of the hotel is lovely. Highlight of the stay was the morning walk/drive with Dion. He was a hugely knowledgeable guide who was clearly passionate about his job. Kitchen tried to cater for vegan and vegetarian guest.
Very nice place! The pool, the people and the location was great. For the little price the hotel is really unique! Very cool game drive near by where you can feed zebras and giraffes and stroke elephants.
Lovely place to stay in Omaruru. Rooms are clean, spacious and cozy. Comfortable beds, nice breakfast too and lovely hosts. Enjoyed our visit thoroughly. Would stay again on our next visit
Hotel was great, room modern and spotless, and everyone wonderfully helpful. The evening game drive was a real bonus - amazing views, lovely sunset plus a few animals also.
Best Hotel ever. A must-go
Wish we spent a week there and not only one night.
