The property was conveniently located to Quinta Avenida. The room was a good size and the pools were perfect for relaxing. The bed was big and had enough pillows and the curtains kept the light out at night. There was a fridge and a safe in the room which was very nice too.

Extremely convenient and central location that is steps away from ADO Bus terminal for easy access to different towns and airport.
One street behind is the famous 5th avenue where you can find the shops and areas where people hang out.
Easy to access to many restaurants and cafes by walk.
Hotel was new and well decorated. Rooms were wide with high ceilings, comfortable and clean. The view from terrace is amazing and great for a sunset or evening drink.
Hotel staff was friendly and helpful to in and questions and requests.
The area is a bit noisy due to Coco Bongo and other famous night clubs. Consider a different area if you are noise sensitive.
We will definetely stay if we visit Playa del Carmen again. %100 recommended.
