The house is located in a peaceful and very quiet part of the mountain amongst farming land. It's a nice area if you want to unwind from the city and experience old style accommodation. Getting there is easy by bus or taxi, about 15 - 20 mins. We particularly enjoyed taking the bus route downtown as we got to meet the locals along the way and enjoy the scenery. The house is far away from shops and restaurants, so be sure to plan your meal times in advance. Mr Lee was very welcoming and accommodating. We were lucky to experience the place on a sunny day and also a rainy one, each time it was tranquil and cosy.
Yang So Dang is under a 15-minute drive from Hahoe Folk Village. Free private parking is available on site. Some units include a seating area to relax in after a busy day. A TV is offered.
