Semi light view is not bad,the room has a small window facing the beach but is still half blocked by the building in front of it.

Great value for a big room and balcony - the balcony is definitely worth it once you wind the roof back to let in some sun. Good location close to lots of great places to eat and drink - but make sure you know to take exit 12 at the station or else you will be walking around for a while! I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Busan.
