The staff and service were exceptional. They managed all variety of tasks that arise for a two week vacation. It was especially nice to cook in the fully stocked kitchen, play billiards and volleyball in the sand court, listen to live music at the outside bar, swim laps in the pool, go to the gym, and participate in the painting class. The property was secure and there was excellent parking.

The location of breakfast was wonderful. Timothy Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the morning, especially the calm waters with the sun shining on it. The food was good, and I liked how there were options to have a traditional Kittitian breakfast, or more American-style, or English-style breakfasts. Overall, a great selection. The automatic fly swatter things were also very helpful in keeping the flies away once breakfast was served.

I had the family room, and it was PERFECT for our women's seaglassing trip to St Kitts!! Perfect location for that particular focus! There is a ton of seaglass on the beach right in front of the guest house, and the little market below was so convenient for picking up water & snacks. This is an URBAN location, right near the local area, and the outside is not the cleanest, but the Colosseum was extremely clean, and the family room had a huge king sized bed, fluffy pillows, towels, a comfortable seating and dining area, windows looking out to the sea and an air conditioning unit in the bedroom that could cool the other room. Aside from this being an urban location, we did feel fairly safe but we're very aware of our surroundings. The locals of St Kitt we're very friendly, but as three women alone there, we did feel uncomfortable a few times with comments from local men, and also the act of urinating anywhere they wanted.... :/

Even though I went as a local I was treated as if I was new to island. I LOVE THAT because I too work in the industry and would have met some while booking other places in Skb and the level of professionalism was slack. But the staff was exceptional. I spoke with Kenisha on the phone. Checked in with Tiffany dealt with a short male who's shift ended a little later than Tiffany, short with long hair. The accommodation to surprise my spouse was there they did everything to make sure I can give him that experience. Mr GQ and Mr Kool I can't remember his name. The young lady who was there when we got back from dinner I was surprise she said welcome back. All the staff who worked on the 29th April 24 from I check in at 12:30 to when I left the 30th April 24. The continental breakfast was better than I expected. But some eggs would be nice.
