Henkilökunta hyvä, vaikkei hirvittävän ammattitaitoinen - johtunee heikoista prosesseista jotka liittyvät todella heikkoon managemwnttiin. Huoneiden koko hyvä, varsinkin superior ja lay-out hyvä. Aamiainen ok ja melko runsas, mutta täysin intialainen - jos odottaa kansainvälistä 3-4 tähden hotellin aamiaista tulee pettymään. Allasbaari juomat hotelliksi kohtuullisesti hinnoiteltu. Paikallista taidetta mukavasti kaikissa yleisissä tiloissa Vastaanotto oli VIP, koska edellisellä kerralla sisäänkirjautuminen kesti toista tuntia keskellä yötä kahden nukkuvan lapsen kanssa mutta (lue alla) Poiketen edellisestä vierailusta siivouksen aikataulu toimi kohtuullisesti
