Muroran is a small town which is a nice and cheaper place to stop over than Noboribetsu which is pricier. It is near the sea with a view to kill! It is really a place where you can just stay to watch the sun set and enjoy the breeze

The rooms are well equipped and cleaned on a daily basis. The room TV offers BBC World news and bi-lingual Japanese news. The hotel rooms are all non-smoking but there is a smoking room on the second floor. Luggage storage, laundry room, microwaves and an ice machine are available.

Do note to bring the small towel from the room as there is none provided in the onsen. Offering of free ramen (half serving) at supper time and yakult in the morning Service of front desk - while the staff may not be very proficient in English, their warm hospitality and great attitude made us felt welcome.
