Kutchan is a lovely city with friendly locals and widespread English proficiency, making communication easy. There are plenty of options for renting or purchasing snowboard gear, which is convenient for enthusiasts. Overall, I will definitely return to Kutchan.

Great location next to Max Value (supermarket) and Daiso. Appreciated the in-room humidifier. Wonderful shuttle to and from the mountain. This is one of the few remaining affordable accommodation options in Niseko. Having first come in 2005, every trip I end up staying further and further out. However, as Niseko has westernised over the years, I much prefer the charm and real Japaneseness of Kutchan.KerryAustralia

The owners were always so pleased to help us out. The view of Yotei from our room was beautiful. It was walking distance from Lawson, Seicomart, the bus stops to Kitchen station/other niseko resorts. The food stalls next door were so tasty and gave us a real flavour of Hokkaido. Thank you for a magical atmosphere 🙏❤️EllieUnited Kingdom

It stands out for being a place with a lot of charm, cozy, well connected to the train station and next to it there is a 7-Eleven. For us the best place to get to know Kutchan, we will return to Kutchan and we will return to the Tbox hotel. The trip has been incredible thanks to them. We hope to see you soon!IriaSpain

Kitchen has everything you need. We didn't have the chance to meet the host but he replied our messages very fast. Washing machine and dryer available as well as detergent! Nearby to all restaurants and close to the station and supermarket. Recommended!! I would stay again!

The kitchenette had everything we needed -- plates, napkins, utensils, and mugs. Also, Chromecast was nice to have when we just wanted to relax and enjoy Netflix. The water got hot quickly and the water pressure was great for showers. The room and hotel was very quiet.

He carried our bags for us. The toilet is good. Warm toilet seat, adjustable pressure for water spray and even air dryer and air freshener after using the toilet! Also appreciate there's a 24-hour convenient store next to the hotel.

They also have free fans to use in case the room isn't cool enough for you. also a plus they have a restaurant inhouse for breakfast and dinner. Onsen is a super plus!

The room is equipped with a kitchen, which was very great because there aren’t many restaurants out there. We bought food from supermarket and this is the best way to enjoy food in this town.
