The staff were excellent. The shuttle bus service was very convenient and pleasant to use from/to the train station. The onsen at the top of the hotel is the real charm point of this hotel. The holiday flat is quite close to the Sakura spot of Tenshochi Park and the Michinoku folk museum. The flat is located at the riverside with a lovely view and is decorated prettily. The owner is nice. She showed us some beautiful places when we arrived and drove us to the station when we had to leave.
