Només són dues habitacions, molt acollidores i ben condicionades. Tens cuina, nevera, etc. al menjador, comú a les dues cambres. Fora, hi ha lloc per a deixar el cotxe. Queda al costat del poble i s'hi arriba molt bé, en pla. Amabilíssima la senyora encarregada: si hi ha temps, val la pena xerrar una estona amb ella. Molt recomanable. A més, des del lloc és fàcil arribar a llocs interessants com el mateix Spello, Assís, Foligno...
