very well kept, clean and tidy. nice view. extremely diligent and caring owners who offer great food and are very kind and considerate of guests. we don’t eat meat so they were able to offer alternatives with no hassle and our meals were delicious. very Covid
aware and careful, which made us feel secure. big tent for all meals to avoid indoor spaces. we really appreciated that. the owners are wonderful, authentic people. our Italian is terrible but even a little English was much appreciated.

The views from this hotel were amazing!
The views from this hotel were amazing! It’s worth a visit just for that! The town is small but interesting. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We travelled with a small dog and they set up a table just outside the breakfast room for us. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. It was everything we could have hoped for.

We came to Recanati to learn more about Leopardi and to see The Annunciation by Lotto. Every place we visited was easy to get to and all within easy walking distance from the hotel. We had a very good meal in the hotel on our first night but for the next three nights enjoyed the food in La Bottega del Villaggio.MagdaleneUnited Kingdom

The view from the living room/kitchen is remarkable, you will see! The location is excellent, few minutes by walk from Recanati city centre. You can also easily reach other charming cities of the region, which we liked a lot! The beautiful seaside is just few kilometres away! The host is very attentive to guests’ needs and helpful for anything you may need. At the end, you may wish to prolong your stay, as we did ☺️

Its an easy 10 minute walk to the bus stop, with numerous buses through the day to either Ancona, or our favorite, Porto Recanati. We would happily revisit without hesitation.
