Gianni, the owner, is the man who knows everyone and will assist with anything, he is the main reason I will be coming back in future.

Francesca greeted us and was helpful and friendly, her English is excellent. Our room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable, there is a small equipped kitchen and sitting area with a separate bedroom and bathroom. Walking distance to the supermarket. Breakfast was great, homemade apple strudel was a bonus. The staff especially Francesca were very friendly and helpful. Francesca will book taxis for you and is very good at recommending places to visit. All in all we had a wonderful stay, our visit was to go to a wedding at Villa Baroncino.

This seemed to me to be a mid-priced hotel with a better than mid-priced level of service from the staff. The main reason to stay is the great view of the lake and the proximity to the sites, restaurants and amenities in the town.

Passignano is such a beautiful little town. so characteristic. you can take long walks along the lake, and doing so in the early morning is so delightful. It is close to other main cities of Umbria, with just half an hour drive you can reach Perugia. Another trip could be to Assisi or Cortona. It's an area to discover. The people are friendly and welcoming. And boat trips can be taken around the lake. I highly recommend a visit to this beautiful region.luisaItaly - 10Scored 10

This is a beautiful scenic part of Italy.
This is a beautiful scenic part of Italy. There is an exceptionally good choice of restaurants but whilst my husband and I like to eat about 6 in the evening most do not open until 7.30. This resort though, offers delicious locally sourced food, fish, seafood including fresh lobster, has a lovely delicatessen behind the old police station and some decent supermarkets. There doesn't seem to be any local buses service to get about and taxi provision is sparse and expensive {usually a minimum charge of 15€}.
