Morning staff was helpful and printed my ferry ticket

The hotel staff was very professional and accommodation to our needs. We arrived early in the morning and were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and park the car in a paid garage to go on a boat tour. Retuning late in the evening our luggage was in the room and we are checked in. We chose the hotel because it is very conveniently located close to the harbor.

The hostess helped me secure free street parking right in front of the hotel rather than having to pay for hotel parking.

Whilst I didn't see much of it, I wouldn't stay here. Just travel through on way to Aeolian islands. Surprisingly, no taxi's or uber's at train station when I arrived from Palermo so I had to hitch-hike (lol)!

It's not Taormina which is obviously the jewel in the crown of Sicily but it's a nice town to wander around and the restaurants are good and plentiful.
We stayed there specifically to be close to the Aolian Boat tours (which I don't recommend).

The views from the hotel (including Etna) were just fantastic (we booked sea-view). The location was great for ius as it was a short walk to lots of interesting places for us, and the staff were really friendly ( a bit more english would have been helpful but wasn't necessary)

Milazzo is a beautiful coastal city rich in history, culture and architecture. I was there for just two days as the purpose of us staying there was our sail to the Isole Eolie, but I did notice the city offers excellent shopping and all types of dining and nightlife. And the day and nighttime views of the Aeolian sea and mainland Sicily were gorgeous. As Italian/American tourists, I was delighted how friendly the locals were to us on the street and in the stores/restaurants. Be prepared to pay for parking wherever you go though day and night. I would certainly visit this city again.
The hotel is perfectly located adjacent to the duomo, a few steps away from the main waterfront and a 10-minute walk from the village centre, where one finds the ferry to the Aeolian Islands and the bus stop for our connection to/from Catania Airport. A lot of shops are located close by, along with some very good restaurants & coffee shops. B&B Al Duomo is a small family-run hotel. Eliana & Giuseppe really make you feel at home, making sure to assist you any time with anything you may need.
The location was terrific....five minute walk to restaurants and shops and to the port. We did a boat tour that returned at 11 pm and it was a quick, safe walk back to the hotel when we were very tired! There was a grocery store within walking distance as well. The room was nice and clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was typical Italian breakfast, but many choices were available. The room was quiet at night as well. Overall very nice stay!
Our stay at Solaris couldn’t have been better. We only stayed in Milazzo for one night but if we had known it was so nice we would’ve stayed longer. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable - we also appreciated the theme of of the room. The staff were also very kind and served a wonderful breakfast in the morning. Would not have changed a thing about our stay. I should also add that the check-in and check out was incredibly easy and seamless.
Irene met us as we arrived and directed us to a nearby parking lot. She was the nicest and most welcoming host we ever met. The apartment
was fully equipped with whatever you can think of and beyond. Not even a tiny detail missed. The fridge and the kitchen cupboards were filled with wonderful treats.
Unfortunately we were at Milazzo for only two nights but we will definitely return. Highly recommended
Perfect for an overnight stop if you are travelling around Sicily. The host managed everything efficiently from remote, we arrived late at night and she had a system that let us in efficiently. The location is not very charming as iti’s close to the industrial part of Milazzo but really comfortable and safe if you are travelling by car and need to stop overnight! Breakfast is simple but good and clean.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable - even making breakfast at a very early time to accomodate our early ferry departure. The food was excellent and the room was an extremely comfortable size. The host had great recommendations for the local area, and I ended up having the best pizza of my life. Would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Milazzo area!
We stayed at Marina Inn just one night during our journey to the Aeolian Islands, but regretted not to stay for a longer time in Milazzo at this beautiful hotel. The owner was very friendly and open and gave us even the opportunity to leave our luggage the next day till the departure of our ferry. Our big room with a kind of royal atmosphere had also a balcony with a great view to the sea.
This hotel if a gem in the centre of Milazzo, close to all shops, restaurants, bars, ferry to the Eolian islands.
It's in an antique building but the rooms have been modernized to high standards.
A special thank you to Antonio at reception who was exceptional and helped us arrange car park, find the best restaurants.
I'd recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Milazzo.
An excellent hotel near the harbour, where we were coming back with a ferry from the island of Lipari. When we travelled forward, the staff ordered a taxi for us, that came timely. All the surroundings was good. Next to the hotel were several restaurants and bars. The restaurant we went to had world class Sicilian food. Thanks.
Very nice, modern & clean hotel. Ricardo is very kind and gives you perfect tips where to go (beautifl Capo Milazzo is just few minutes from here). For us it was perfect location to sleep before morning departure to Stromboli.
The owners of this hotel are some of the sweetest people in Italy. Staying here was like staying in a luxury hotel in Milazzo! This is located in the central area making it the perfect place for travelers.
Location: few steps to Liberty line ferry to Eolian islands. Indoor garage for 15€/day.
Communication. Excellent WiFi. Fridge and hot drinks for all rooms. Gratis granita in the Tropical bar.
The room was spacious, extremely clean, directly across from the ferry terminal for the morning trip to the Aeolian Islands and Mario was a spectacular host tending to every need.
Loved the gorgeous suite, the whirlpool, the crazy old elevator, the wonderful sunrise view, and the breakfast! This is a very romantic spot, and I would highly recommend.
Perfect spot for an overnight stay between a visit to the Aeolian Islands and the airport. Lovely, clean, quiet room with a nice bathroom, and friendly host.
