The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful; we traveled with a small baby and they went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. The food is very good (pizza is particularly recommended) and the restaurant is excellently run by Donatello, who is very professional and made us feeling at home. The overall atmosphere was great, the view is excellent, and the whole experience was very positive. Definitely recommend for a relaxing weekend!GiuliaItaly

The pool area was very nice with an astonishing view over the valley. Thanks to Judith we really had a relaxing time at Der Ruibacher. There were also great outdoor activities just nearby: hiking and biking at the mountains were our choices and we really enjoyed. Also a couple of small great vineyards just in the neighbourhood. Not too many tourists nearby. Also the city of Merano was nice.
