Great value for money, excellent central location, a three star hotel that delivers the experience of a high end boutique city hotel. The decor is quite kitschy but it adds to the lively Italian atmosphere one expects to find in these small charming towns of Italy!

Quiet Comfortable and clean the owners don’t bother you and felt very safe .
Very pleased and it did the job for me while attending the Ryder cup .
Black caffe at the end of the street was a good stop off for refreshments at the top of the street 5 min walk .

A great family friendly place to visit with lovely walks, shops and friendly people.
A safe feel with many interesting places to discover.
Be careful on parking, some are very expensive.
Best parking is a few moments from Conad supermarket and directly opposite from an Irish bar.
Great eateries, especially Fondi with budget friendly daytime eats or aperitivo menus

Frascati is a fabulous town, which has a village like feel, but with everything a city has. It's a very friendly and helpful community.
The train station is close by and only 35 minutes to Rome.
Your treated like a local after a couple of visits to cafes and restaurants,
which is lovely.
As we walk everywhere, Frascati is a great place for this.
After three visits to this town, I'm sure it won't be our last visit.

Perfect little town to use as a base for visiting Rome and the surrounding area. Great transport links to Rome and Ciampino airport. Great place to escape from the chaos of Rome's tourist scene with plenty of places to eat, drink, explore and relax. Everyone we met was very friendly and kind and the town has a close community feel to it that is very warm and welcoming.

On arriving we spoke to someone at the apartment who called Massimo & he arrived soon after. Frascati is a lovely, friendly town with easy access by train (30 mins) to Rome.
Our room was spacious, airy & very clean. The bathroom was great, plenty of towels & the shower always very hot.
The shared kitchen was very handy. Our safety deposit box did not work but we got by without. Massimo was looking to have it fixed.
Thankyou Massimo for your lovely accommodation.

Wonderful place to visit and can be used to explore Rome by commuting by train. The town is renowned for its excellent food with many great restaurants, e.g. La Bottega Frascatana. There are also very nice boutique shops with quality and original items. The weather is usually great and the air is fresh compared to much more polluted Rome.

Frascati is a wonderful quaint old town with a little piazza
There are many restaurants all serving really good authentic food
The trains from Frascati to Rome termini run every hour 2hours on a Sun) the journey is roughly 40mins.
The villa is so impressive sitting at the top of the Tusculum Hills, potentially the location of one of Cicero's villas, and there are Roman remains around the hotel to look at. Get a room with a city view, and you won't be disappointed as there are excellent views over Rome and to the east, the Alban hills.
Breakfast had a large variety to choose from, and the staff are all welcoming and friendly, particularly the bar staff.
The outdoor swimming pool has been opened very recently and is free to use.
Italian breakfast was available at the bakery next door. Sitting next to one of the central squares of Frascati, that was very nice. Italian breakfast is a coffee and one piece of pastry, if you expect an English-style full course breakfast, you'll be disappointed... My room was large for a single room, having a double bed. Very central, but no reception. This is at nearby Hotel Bellavista, less than 5 min by foot
The house was big enough for a family sojourning. The beds were very comfy. There were extra towels and sheets and this was a bonus. It is near a park and the city centre.
The owners were available and nice people. We liked the lay out of the flat. I liked the 'cortile' but there was building work. The area is lovely and so is Frascati a very beautiful place. I will definitely visit Frascati again next year.
The room was even better than it looked on the photo's and the location was great (20' ride by train from Rome to Frascati). The owners were very kind people. They came to give me new towels during my stay and new soaps, etc. The historic centre of Frascati is so beautiful with lots of nice trattoria and osteria and the best ice cream. It's not too touristic as well.
Perfect location in the center of Frascati old town. The room planning of the apartment is very functional, ergonomic and practical, but at the same time cozy. Good idea to use hangers instead of a big wardrobe, as well as open shelves instead of closets - to have a good overview on belongings and avoid forgetting. Breakfast is tasty and optimal, very good coffee!
The hotel is family owned and you can feel this. Rosi took very good care about us, when we needed to arrange a taxi or had other questions. The breakfast area and food is nice. They have also a restaurant with an amazing terrace. And, if you are lucky enough to get a room with a terrace you will enjoy a great view to Rome.
Our host was very helpful. We needed to know the weight of our luggage and he took us to the hardware store next door and weighed it for us. He also has a wonderful restaurant right downstairs where we ate two of our three nights. Parking was provided. It was walkable to the train station to get to Rome in 35 minutes.
Great value a little off the beaten path but still in a lively suburb of Rome. Getting into the city can be a bit challenging without a car, but there is a commuter train right down the hill that gets you into Rome in about 45 minutes. The hotel is very nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The apartment was clean, new, and comfortable, great location near the center of the city, near restaurants and public transport. the kitchen is good with all needed. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Nespresso machine.
Good atmosphere. Good for family with 2 kids
Ideal location for a stopover during a long trip by car across Italy.
Walking distance from city center (strategic because you don't need the car and parking lots are crowded) and from a large park where you can walk the dogs.
The pool, gym, and 24 hour cafe they have are by far the best features. Very happy with that. As well as the staff, they were very kind even though I was not hugely happy with the hotel.
Nice place in the heart of Frascati town. The room very clean and the stuff gentle and helpful. Good room size and clean. Great deal. Breakfast is included
