We loved our stay at the farm! What a quaint setting with the Icelandic horses milling about and two adorable, well-behaved farm dogs. Abba was such a great hostess, offering tea and cookies upon our late arrival and serving up an amazing breakfast spread including fresh eggs from her farm. Our rooms were very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. It felt like a home away from home.

The best house where we stayed in Iceland, the owners were very friendly, the house was perfect equipped, the facilities were in perfect condition and the beds were very comfortable. In our stay we saw northern lights from the house, so the stay was unbeteable. Without a doubt, highly recommended and I would repeat the stay without thinking about it. Many thanks to the owners for the welcome and if I return to Iceland, I will definitely repeat.

The guesthouse is wonderful, we really loved it. Very cosy and clean room, nice beds, great shower. Microwave, tea facilities, bathrobes for the hot tub. The cute horses on the land. The wonderful hot tub, sitting there at night under the stars waiting for the Northern Light was a magical experience. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast very good and the staff was so nice to us. We are vegetarian and they made scrambled eggs especially for us without bacon, thank you so much! We regretted having to leave, but when we are in the area again we will definitely come back!

The beds and bedding were super comfortable and I always appreciate more than one pillow when I sleep. The room was very quiet, clean, and had many extras like lotion, Q tips, blow dryer. The breakfast was so good with the best selection of foods. If you leave hungry it’s your own fault! Beautiful location and not far from Husavik and Myvatn area. We highly recommend. You can really tell this place goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant.

The kitchenette was great and we had ample space for the two of us. The highlight for us was the hot bath. It was the only place we stayed at that had one and it was absolutely amazing. We wish we were there more than two nights. The nice thing is you fill it when you want to use it. So the water is fresh and no chemicals. We had the good fortune of seeing the Aurora on our first night while we were in the hot bath!

The hosts are incredible and are willing to assist you in any way possible. Breakfast is to die for, with many of the items being homemade. The location is great and our room was spacious and immaculately clean. You can also see their animals (horses, sheep, chicken, dogs and goats)! Truly a remarkable experience. We miss the farm already! :)

Quiet location on a farm. The unit is very comfortable and warm (which matters when it was -16° outside!). The kitchenette was great - everything you could need, and the fridge was big, and had a freezer section (which is a rare find). I stayed for 3 nights.
