Everything!
It’s clean, private, and comfortable. The host is the best. We had the best breakfast, really gourmet. The bed is super comfy, and the shower is hot.
We enjoyed walking to town for dinner.
We will return to No. 12 for sure, and recommend a stay at No. 12 without hesitation.

I had low expectations as this was the last room available in dungarvan the night we stayed and it was significantly cheaper than other places. We booked it very last minute.
The location is really excellent - right in the centre of town. We heard no noise from the pub below when we went to bed.
The bed was comfortable ans there was spare pillows in the wardrobe and also spare blankets, the room was huge, shower was hot, there was a fan in the room if we wanted it, curtains were blackout.
We thought it was fantastic value for money.
Everything! This is by far the best BnB we've ever stayed in. Catherine is an exceptional host, so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are beautifully decorated and she went above and beyond with the facilities. Breakfast is a whole new level of dining for a BnB, more like a 5star restaurant, with three course breakfast menu and an amazing Vegan option. Definitely recommend staying here, no better place to stay in Dungarvan than this beautiful bed and breakfast. Location is perfect.
Superb B&B ran by the most friendly and welcoming couple Maureen and Tony. The room was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean with lots of extras provided. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in my years of travelling both for quantity and quality. Plenty of space for parking and not very far to one of the access points to the Greenway whilst there is a small stony beach only a ten minute walk away. I will definitely make a point of returning sooner rather than later.
We stayed at the resort with the family and friends and had a great time. The kids as well as the adults really enjoyed the swimming pool. The house was very spacious. Rooms were of good size. The staff was friendly. Everything worked in the house. The location of the resort was excellent as well! very near to the beautfil Dungarvan. We will definitely visit again!
Beautiful luxurious B & B. The breakfast was the best cooked that I have had, lovely homemade bread and beautiful cutlery and crockery. Felt like we were in a 5* hotel. Very helpful host giving us helpful local information and ordered a taxi for us. Luxurious bedroom, very comfortable bed and large bathroom with a rain shower and jacuzzi bath. Very quiet location.
The location is ideal, perfect for visiting Dungarvan. The hotel has been beautifully decorated and the staff are really friendly. The rooms are small, but very well organised and the beds are really comfortable. It's the perfect place to stay if you will be out sightseeing during the day and want a cosy space to come back to at the end of the evening!
Room was perfect for what I wanted, somewhere to put my head after a night out in Dungarvan. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The location is right in town centre with ample parking around back beside public carpark. Got excellent irish breakfast next morning to top everything off.
We spent two nights at Follies Suites and loved the gorgeous sea view. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. Nicely decorated and had a large bath. Catherine was so nice and kindly made us pasta for dinner as we arrived late and we were exhausted from driving.
The Park Hotel was ideally located, only a five minute walk to Dungarvan centre, and a great base for touring this area of Ireland. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The food was lovely, great selection for breakfast and a good menu for lunch and dinner
Very spacious guesthouse with comfort in mind. So impressed with the gracious host and ideal location. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as trails for walking around the bay. Highly recommend and I will return!
All staff excellent particularly Laura in the bar. She was friendly, cheerful and very welcoming. The Reception staff were extremely helpful too.
Location was perfect, just a 10 min stroll into Dungarvan town centre.
Lovely and quiet room in front of the ocean.
Catherine provided a very warm welcome and the breakfast was amazing!
Best Irish scones I have ever tried.
Few minutes by car to Dungarvan. Worth visit!
The house is located in an amazing place, very beautiful, we had fantastic breakfast, clean and comfy rooms, place deserves award as the best family house not only in Ireland (that it has since 1999)
Catherine was absolutely lovely & her place was outstanding-comfortable and sparkling clean. The breakfast was just as other reviewers described-out of this world!
We had a very welcoming arrival from Aoife. The house was so clean, very spacious, & had everything we could possibly need. House was also central to town.
Room was beautiful and spotless. V comfy bed, better than any hotel bed I've stayed in. Service was great and we had a fabulous breakfast in The Tannery
