I love how friendly the staffs are, not pricy compared to other hotels in Killarney, they even upgraded our room so we can be comfortable in out stay and they helped us find a restaurant to eat when we arrived there really late and even called a cab for us.

Me and my three best friends stayed at the Failte and we loved it. The hotel had such a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were so helpful and kind. The views from the room and the location in town were perfect. We walked through the national park to see Ross Castle, and had dinner and listened to live music at O’Donoghue. We also used the Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour to visit the Muckross house. It was an amazing stay in Killarney, we definitely recommend it.

LOVED the close proximity to Muckross Abbey and the House and Gardens and Torc Waterfall. All the staff were super lovely and the Vitality Spa was amazing! The room and bathroom were super comfortable and spacious. Well worth every penny! Gene and the other staff at the Concierge Desk were so helpful. 11/10. Will be back! ❤️
