Came for a bingo loco night hen party. Hotel was perfect in every way. Helpful staff, clean hotel what more can you ask for.
At breakfast was pleasantly surprised too, it was lovely hot tasty and wasn't rushed to move on.

Good check-in experience with Rebecca and it was lovely to see Anna again after a number of years.
We'd requested a ground floor room and were allocated to an accessible room so there was no bath, but the shower cubicle was very spacious and looked to have been newly renovated.
Liked the 80's party night which seemed to go down well generally and didn't impact noise wise on the rooms.
Room was a good size with usual facilities such as large screen TV, tea & coffee making facilities and bathroom amenities - the room we had also had a mains USB A & USB C charging socket & a fridge.
Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows.
Staff at breakfast were good and Elaine was excellent in ensuring we had everything we needed.
Checkout was trouble free.

The location is perfect as it's very close to the town centre, staff were lovely and the dining room and bar, although we didn't use it looked very inviting.

Staying in the Castle grounds makes for a very special experience. We arrived quite late in the afternoon, just as the Castle interior was closing to the public, but the staff were very helpful in offering us a short extension to the closing time if we wished to visit.
The castle grounds and gardens are fully accessible throughout residents’ stays, and that private access adds to the experience.
Our room was beautifully appointed and very comfortable.
Dining in the restaurant was a really good experience, with a view of the castle adding to the magic.
The staff were exceptional throughout our stay.

I live in the area stayed in maidstone Great Danes as kept it local for a Hen night. Why go elsewhere when we have plenty of options on the doorstep. Great Danes hotel fitted our needs with the Bingo Loco night there.
Maidstone has plenty to do, and places to visit and stay.

Rather fed up being asked to complete reviews for this Hotel. It's like having a beautiful girl keep asking if she is pretty!
This Hotel has on every occasion I have stayed exceeded my expectations and has been good value for money, The Friendly staff make the difference with nothing being too much trouble. Add a decent breakfast to the mix and excellent pool etc, what else could you want. Highly recommended.

Very good breakfast.. staff are friendly.
Room ok but could be better except stained bath in room was not pleasant, and should be replaced as it reduces decency of the bathroom. hotel entrance could do with some sprucing up - flower pots with faded/chipped edges, room had swivel chair what was very worn

Unfortunately Maidstone has been ruined by some awful planning decisions. The shopping has degraded thanks to the challenges for towns nowadays. Maidstone is a particularly bad sufferer. It’s a mess. The far end of Week street is a place to be sure to avoid.

My stay at this hotel was extremely unsatisfactory.
My stay at this hotel was extremely unsatisfactory. Considering the cold room, dreadful breakfast, unclean amenities, and health concerns, I would rate the hotel poorly, perhaps 1 out of 5. It's clear there are substantial issues that need urgent attention for the hotel to meet basic standards.
The entire property is elegantly decorated and comfortable where guest are encouraged to make themselves at home. The owners have thought of everything you may need during your stay and made it available. They are friendly, warm and helpful. I completely enjoyed my chats with both Belinda and Sabin.
Just a short walk to trains, restaurants, shopping, the river and beautiful historic churches and buildings. I made the trip to Maidstone specifically to stay at Stone Court House. I'm glad I did. The house and the city are worth the trip.
The apartment was so clean and such a nice aesthetic.
My partner and I visited Maidstone for a date night evening and the location is so central to Maidstone east station and the town centre. Communication with hosts were superb.
The small garden patio area is a nice touch and will be coming back throughout the year. Definitely a home away from home.
We didn’t get a chance to use the kitchen but definitely plan to on our return.
The host left us some toiletries and towels which was a cute touch.
The little cabins all face onto a grass area, so unlike a hotel you can leave the door open for some fresh air.
Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. We didn’t have evening meal but the menu did look appetising.
Good value, about 10 minute drive from Maidstone. Plenty of parking.
Dog friendly too !
Staff was super friendly! Hotel was clean. Convenient location right off M-20 (unfortunately ramp was closed south to continue on M-20). Several restaurants available next door (McDonalds, Chozen Noodle, Costa Coffee). Generous coffee and tea service available in the room.
Amazing, homely place to stay. Such a great little gem hiding in Maidstone town centre. Check in was very easy with clear instructions sent prior to arrival, which was particularly good as I was arriving quite late! Everything you need is on hand!
Would 100% recommend!
Clean, modern, all of the comforts of a flat, very spacious compared to a hotel
The owner was so accommodating, we were fortunate that they allowed us early check in and the carpark at Maidstone east B. Ref: 1924 is a few minutes walk
The facilities were brilliant steam room pool and Jacuzzi especially.
The rooms were of great size with a couch and a really big flat screen TV.
Hotel was very festive aswell which was a nice touch upon arrival.
The location was perfect, very close to the town centre and train station, which made it easier for us to catch the train in the morning and made for a short walk on arrival after a long day of travel.
Great place to stop while traveling.
Very nice garden, excellent breakfast, good service, clean rooms.
We arrived at night and, as agreed, the hotel security ensured our check-in. Thank you, staff.
Great location just outside the centre of Maidstone, with a very short walk into town. Easy to find with good access to routes out of town. Good parking. Big, comfortable room,
The apartment was the right size and close to town but you have to go elsewhere to collect and return the key. This is a problem if you do not have a car.
