4th time I've stayed here, 3rd time I've been upgraded to a double, hotel obviously wasn't full and the gesture to offer a double is brilliant customer service. Reception staff are exceptional. I stay in many hotels, this one is a gem, It's just a quality 3* hotel, nice, quality place to stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a good location for where we needed to be. The dressing gown, slippers and nice toiletries were great. Quite clean over all. Food in the restaurant was lovely.

This place is a little home from home, it was just so beautiful and everything you wanted. The room was so spacious and clean, very large fitted wardrobes, reclining sofa, just perfect. The bed was really comfortable (maybe too comfy, didn’t want to get up 😊)
Breakfast was ordered the night before and was ready at the stated time we ask for, the black pudding was the best I’ve had in years.
