We liked the location, facility inside the hotel, the family suite which was having good privacy. The view outside the room was amazing particularly while enjoying the hot tub. Breakfast was good, we enjoyed every bit of it. Plenty of parking space.

Fantastic location with great views. Comfortable, spacious and clean. But the best part has to be the people. Dylan is a credit to his parents. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect and we can’t thank him enough for his generosity and help. Legend!

Staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Spa facilities and pool were fantastic. Slightly pricey in the restaurant and bar but you get what you pay for.

Wonderful location and scenery, plenty of interesting places to visit, travelling by boat a convenient option, but for someone with limited walking ability the lack of car parking spaces at peak times was a problem

The staff were very attentive and helpful.
The staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel had a very older world ambience and was very relaxing the piano player in the evening was very entertaining. The only complaint was the price of the wine was vastly over priced in the dinning room and brasserie. But the bar prices where reasonable. The spa was a welcoming retreat.

Great hotel, in lovely location.
Great hotel, in lovely location. Ferry to Bowness-on-Windermere ideal. Had dinner in restaurant, very good. Breakfast disappointing, waited very long time for cooked food to come out and when it did it was cold!
Great location for visiting the lakes and beauty spots close by. We also enjoyed using the facilities such as gym and pool at The Swan hotel. Really relaxing holiday and we wanted for nothing at the hotel
