Lovely little apartment with excellent facilities, well decorated and furnished. A wonderful hamper was provided as well, including so much more than expected- including milk and eggs in the fridge and lots of useful breakfast/snack items which were very much appreciated

Plenty of car parking with bays which would accommodate the largest SUV.
The hotel was very nice, checking in was very efficient, all of the staff were friendly and attentive.
We did not use the restaurant in the evening but the breakfast next morning was very good, served by a very friendly and efficient waitress. There was a good selection of cereals , juices etc. The full English breakfast was well cooked and made with quality ingredients. The pain au chocolat were irresistible.

Stayed for a wedding in the local area. Clean room, comfortable bed, but most importantly the staff were great - especially Lisa who was super helpful and helped us check in early and book taxis.

Situated on the outskirts of Reading, the Roselawn Hotel boasts an advantageous location that is conveniently close to both the M4 motorway and the bustling city of Reading. The hotel's staff members have a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable stay for guests. The meals offered at the hotel are not only delicious but also provide excellent value for money, catering to the needs of budget-conscious travelers. While the decor may exude a nostalgic charm reminiscent of the 1970s and 80s, the rooms themselves offer a serene and peaceful atmosphere, allowing guests to unwind and relax.

The bedroom was large, clean and comfortable. I received a lovely greeting on arrival and was offered a choice of food. Fabulous bar area with a roaring fire. Breakfast was perfect. I was also given a takeaway coffee when I was heading home.

Beautifully finished little apartment. Lauren and Jamie have thought about everything you may need for your stay. From large fluffy towels, quality bed linen, toiletries through to all types cooking and serving utensils.
For us though, it’s the hosts themselves- so kind, helpful and thoughtful. They even took us to our concert and arranged taxi back later. Makes for a wonderful stay, so much better than a faceless corporate hotel. Thank you
Great hotel in a lovely village. Staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived late Tuesday night and both staff members went out their way to help and a beer at the bar was most welcome after a 3 hour drive!
Nice touch having the drinks in the room too.
Lovely hotel/pub, great staff. Bedroom was beautiful with lovely complementary refreshments. Dinner as good quality (although limited for those with food intolerances i.e. lactose/gluten). Breakfast was delicious.
We have used this hotel many times as it is close to one of our businesses. The food is excellent, the rooms are comfy and well appointed. Never disappointed.
Lovely hotel with really nice rooms and great food. Bed was super comfy, shower was decent, staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a solid 9.
