The room was very clean , I think they have upgraded some of the furniture as well. There was a very polite male member of reception staff which made a change , a good asset to the team .

It's a good hotel! Location is great, right next to the docks, the ferris wheel and the arena. Location wise it doesnt get any better if you are a tourist. The room is spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable and you can open the window. The staff is always helpful and very kind. Like Scousers are! :) I come to Liverpool regularly for the football, I have been in the Hotel before and it's one of my favorites in Liverpool.
