Shocking hotel even if you have your booking in black and white they denied it and tried to charge me more !! I thought it was all sorted when I checked out only they took the rest of the money after I had left !!! do NOT stay here . Unfortunately we were informed just a day before arrival that the pool is out of order. Instead, we were offered complementary breakfast, which was very nice. The beds are extremely comfortable. We also got a crib for our baby free of charge. The hotel is only 10 min away from city center. I have stayed in lots of different hotels in Europe, but this one stands out by far. I loved the foyer of the hotel, which had a games room for children, a pool table and each section of the rest of the foyer looked like a separate living room for groups of guests. The staff were all extremely helpful & friendly despite a language barrier. The icing on the cake was a coffee machine in the room!

Perfect for an overnight stop. The outside isn’t anything special but inside they created a great atmosphere. There is a children’s play area in the lobby right near the restaurant/bar/breakfast area. The breakfast is amazing. Lots of options and even a special table with extra choices for the kids. The staff is super friendly.
