Hotel is on the Pines Walk in the centre of Port de Pollensa and a traditional style 1950s hotel. We had a superb first floor room with balcony and terrace overlooking the sea but was private. Very secure bike storage room easily and conveniently accessible at all times. Breakfast was excellent and sat on the exterior terrace opposite the sea.

A fantastic boutique hotel. great location very central to town, on the sandy beachfront, but quiet. Probably the most helpful and friendliest staff ever. Lots of little things made the stay amazing. The Rooftop pool was a bonus. Best Brekkie with local products.

Perfect for the price and even better than some more expensive hotels closer to the centre. For a cycling holiday it was a gem - compact but clean and fully functioning room, balcony with a Mountain View and super quiet at night (and excluding the wonderful sounds of Mediterranean nature)

Excellent hotel, in a good location. Staff were absolutely lovely, from the reception staff to the bar staff, to the domestics, everyone was really friendly. The hotel also has a number of returning guests, which is testerment to the staff, who all go the extra mile, would definitely stay here again if returned to the island

So very convenient to the pool, to the gorgeous beach and numerous shops and restaurants. We are cyclists and found these apartments perfect for storing our bikes as well as embarking on numerous cycling routes. The staff are wonderful!

Quiet seaside area with attractive houses and small apartment blocks. Plenty of trees and flowers. Easily reached from the main road, but very quiet. Bus services seem good, but we used our hire car. An hour's drive from the airport, but bus journey probably involves a change.

This is a beautiful resort and we have stayed here many times. The place is quite chilled. It is suited to all ages really - lots of families as has a very safe feel to it. Lots of couples and groups of cyclists.
There are so many nice places to eat. The beach is picturesque and is big so plenty of spaces to find somewhere to sit. It is a popular resort so I would recommend booking well in advance for peak season times and this includes restaurant reservations as they get busy!

A beautiful location, as long as you get the weather which you usually do. I've been quite a few times now and we have usually been lucky with the weather. If you're not doing the Mallorca 312 then I would suggest going on a different week than the two that the event is in the middle of.
There are plenty of good bars and excellent restaurants, supermarkets are good if you are self catering.

It’s a low-key resort with beautiful and dramatic backdrop of mountains. The resort itself is mainly very flat, making it accessible to all ages. Two main beach areas: the narrow but very beautiful beaches on the Pine Walk, and the wide sandy Tamarells beach in the newer part of the resort. These are very clean and safe for kids.
Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops but not a place for night life - it’s most suited to couples and families with children. The resort has also become very popular with groups of cyclists in recent years.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff in fantastic location on the pine walk. Great selection of food for breakfast and we loved eating it right next to the beach. We also had paella for dinner one night which was also very good. Our room was at the back of the hotel but quite spacious with a good view of the mountains. We travelled by bike and were pleased to discover we could store our bikes overnight in the garage of the nearby Hotel Daina. This will definitely be our first choice of hotel in Puerto Pollensa when we return.
The hotel location is perfect. We were staying in the apartment complex over the road which was perfect for our family of 2 adults & 2 children. Kitchenette was well equipped and the room had a nice balcony. Great pool for my kids who are learning to swim. Very short walk to the pine walk and sea for swimming. We had half board in our room rate. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The dinners were also good but it was just too much food for every night. The chef was able to accommodate children’s meal and allergy requests.
Beautiful, spacious and well equipped villa which our family of 4 adults and 2 children loved staying in.
The photos and description don’t do this justice! The rooms are beautiful and modern. A side sea view from the front terrace on a quiet leafy street round the corner from the sea, Illa dor hotel and the pine walk.
This is the cleanest accommodation I have ever stayed in.
Although this villa doesn’t have a pool, the vicinity to the sea, beach and Laguna pool make for the perfect stay!
This is a great location for a family vacation and we were returning visitors . We booked all inclusive and this was generally good. The entertainment schedule is full and engagement from guests is high. It is very clean and staff are in the most part very pleasant and go out of their way to help.
Rooms are clean and well equipped.
On the beach, great running routes and a large if busy swimming pool. The new kids pool was also wonderful.
We loved the fact it was right on the beach. We had 4 teens with us and they were swimming every evening for hours while we sat with the beautiful view. The living areas and kitchen were great, everything we needed to cook in if needed. Plenty space outside to eat. The location on Pine walk is perfect for a walk in the evening down to the restaurants and other activities. Javier was a great host and answered any queries immediately.
Very nice staff. Good location just a short walk from the beach. The 25m lane pool was fabulous. You could fill your water bottle up each morning for free, really nice to be not having to buy endless plastic bottles of water which are so bad for the environment.
Breakfast was lovely. Great coffee and choice.
Lots of very cute kids at the hotel. All well behaved.
We loved the apartment it had all the mod cons and was very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and the best thing was the cleaners came into the apartment mid week to change the beds, towels and gave the apartment a clean too. It was also convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.
Great location, breakfast and very comfy apartment. We were in apartments just across the road from the main hotel and all was to the standard we expected for the hotel. Bike storage arrangements are excellent and particularly appreciated the availability of a room to have a shower before we departed having got one last day on the bikes.
Located on sea front in a secluded spot some 10 minute walk from centre. Totally charming, professional hoteliers with a family feel. Amazing tasteful renovation of the building, great indoor pool, gym and sauna. Excellent breakfast. Made our bicycle stop here. Garage facilities for bikes. Well done. 👏👏
Front line with fantastic views. Whilst above the Pine Walk and restaurants, it was very quiet and the evening noise was not disturbing at all. In fact the music coming from the Diana Hotel pool & bar was great to have in the background when sat on the balcony of an evening.
Booked last minute, reviews for this hotel was average, it's a lovely hotel, brilliant staff, breakfast buffet selection was always exceptional, would definitely book again, GREAT VALUE, and you step out onto the PINE WALK. 5 STARS 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Good breakfast. Nice pool area with bar, which was closed for several days due to high winds. No fault of hotel. The location of the hotel was at the beginning of the Pine Walk and adjacent to a very clean sandy beach.
My wife & I had an amazing trip. We loved the hotel. The people, the location, the furnishings. Everyone went out of their way to help us. We loved the rooftop pool. Views were incredible.
Small, Beautifully designed contemporary hotel right opposite beach. Adults only.
Restaurant on ground floor with outdoor area. Excellent very varied breakfast, very helpful staff.
