First of all thanks to Mina who was Supervisor of front office, than the other animition team and kitchen team are really nice and well coming. Architecture is very good, and the sea is really good than our expections. You should eat pasta and drink beer after swimming 😀 we love meals too it was enough for us.

the All inclusive meals and drinks in the hotel was really excellent and above that the service. the team ( specially Mahmoud and Emad ) and their manager M.Abd Aal are really doing a a great job, working hard to make everyone comfortable. The beach is awesome, naturally beautiful, sandy and the depth of the water is gradual. variety of pools which serve both kids and adults. Alex by the kids pool did a great job and Hossam Hassan by the beach also.
The reception was helpful, especially Mohamed and the view and structure of the hotel was really awesome.

The staff was very friendly from the begining until the last day. Starting with Hamada, front office manager and ending with the man was cleaning the room. Food was good, they have fruits and vegetebals fresh but for me the serving staff was impressive(they were like robots, very fast and everyone knew what they had to do). The water in the pool was very clean and warm. In the evening a lot of opportunities: mini disco, show diferent in every night, big screen for the fotball match, livre music. So...thank you and hope to come back soon.
