We loved it. Great location, everything was near and in walking distance so we just parked the car and explored by foot. I was worried about parking but we managed to find a parking near the hotel and reception helped us with the rest.

Excellent, very friendly and helpful staff: Kate, Betka, Artem, Dana and Ahmed are all amazing staff and always willing to help with the room and check in, parking and suggestions or tips for Prague. Beds are comfortable, clean rooms and bathrooms and continental breakfast. We were on the 3rd floor and had a church view which was quite beautiful, and would like to try the 4th floor next time in Prague :)

Overall, it was a great hotel with good sized room, great breakfast, location was also good with public transport 2 minutes away, and a couple of restaurants near by. Staff was also good.
They took care of us very well, especially after I complaint about AC, and we had to change room, things went pretty well.
