Great location right on the beach fantastic clean new apartment with all details thought of , snorkelling gear to kitchen equipment and washing machine . Near local shops and 3 great eating places. We would highly recommend this place esp the friendly host RickyMandyNew Zealand - 10Scored 10

We hired a car so the location was great for us- it didn't take us long to get anywhere. Wigmore's Superstore was across the road, so super handy and the takeaway next to it was great. They battered some fish for us that we caught on a charter. Antipodes restaurant was fantastic.

Great part of the island. Not too busy and touristy. Buses were easy to catch ($30 for 10 trips), not always on time, but convenient and cheap. The location was great for the best snorkelling and some of the best eateries and bars. We hired scooters which helped but the bus stop was only a short walk away. Our trip highlight was the Ariki tour swimming with turtles and would return to do it again. The villa location is not on the beach but the view over the hills and bush was stunning and the roosters weren't such a problem. It was also a little cooler in the evening than down the hill so another bonus. If you're expecting a brand new polished resort accomodation you would be choosing the wrong place. It has been lived in and it shows, however it was great value for $$ and nothing would put us off booking the Villa again.TinaNew Zealand - 10Scored 10

Away from it all, you can relax and scooter to main part of rarotonga in 15 minutes going left. With wigmores supermarket to the right. Fruits of Rarotonga is a great snorkeling spot too. Just Google maps around inland.
